I'm very pleased with our shower enclosure - it looks beautiful. Ben was very responsive, and impressed my husband and me at our first meeting by the care he took in measuring the shower area and with the excellent advice he provided. For example, he asked us if we'd like the top of the glass to end at a grout line on our shower wall. No one else had mentioned that and would have just given us a standard height enclosure, but now that it ends at the visible grout line we can appreciate how nice it looks. Ben had some trouble with his glass supplier for our job - machine broke, glass cracked - and ended up getting our glass from someone else. Throughout it all he kept me totally up to date, and installed it as soon as the glass was ready. Ben and his assistant were great - very personable, neat and careful, and took care to cover all areas of the bathroom to not risk damaging the floor or vanity. The work on the shower looks neat and tidy; I've seen some shower door enclosures in showrooms that look shoddy, but ours couldn't look better. Without a moment's hesitation I would highly recommend Ben and Exceptional Glass.

We recently updated our bathroom and wanted to add a glass shower door over the tub. I knew what I wanted and I contacted a variety of shower door installers. Most were either overpriced or did not listen to what I was requesting. When I spoke with Ben, the owner of Exceptional Glass, I gave him my specs. I wanted a glass shower door with ShowerGuard, 3/8" or 1/2" glass, clamps to minimize the glass look, no u-channel where dirt can collect, oil rubbed bronze hardware with a more traditional look and I wanted it at a fair price. Ben listened, we discussed glass options. After about 30 minutes I hired Exceptional Glass on the spot. Approximately two weeks later the doors were ready for installation. The door was installed accurately with no further clean-up required. Overall, I am very pleased and would highly recommend Exceptional Glass.

Over a time period of about a year I had looked at a half dozen frameless shower enclosure companies, that were all missing one thing or another. I found Exceptional Glass, LLC and the owner Benjamin on the internet giving tips on installing shower enclosures. After looking Ben up on Angie's list and seeing that he had all "A" ratings I decided to fill out some of the info about what I wanted and within an hour I got a response on the phone and filled in some of the details. The next day I had a quote. We set up an appointment for the measurements. Ben came at the exact time we said and gave some suggestions and we looked at some high grade hardware catalogs--My wife and I picked the designs and finish we wanted and after a week we set up the installation date. Ben and his assistant showed up on time and worked all morning to install the shower. Ben gave me all the details of the installation, which was very refreshing in this time of quick in quick out to find someone willing to explain what's going on. Ben is an honest, polite, and very professional person. I would highly recommend Ben and Exceptional Glass, LLC.

Ben was by far the best price. But that low price should not be interpreted to mean that the quality of the work is bad as he did a phenomenal job. He was very detail oriented. We got 6-7 estimates for shower doors and one of the other guys used painter's tape on the tub to measure everything. Rather than assuming that whoever put the tape down was correct, Ben measured everything again to make sure that he had everything right. He told us that he usually tries to have a job done a week after a quote is given but that he simply had too much in his queue to promise that to us. We appreciated his honesty up front and he did get the job done within two weeks.

When you are doing construction, the one thing you can count on is people not being on time- and I am not talking hours late- people simply do not show up, or say they are too busy. Working with Ben and Exceptional Glass was the total opposite. I emailed him to get an estimate and he came the next day- he even texted when he was on his way to let me know where he was, and what the ETA was. He was able to give us an estimate even though the tile work was not complete - just sheetrock and spackle. He then came back once the tiling was done, and the estimate was spot on. We decided to go with Ben because he was very knowledgeable, punctual, friendly and he said his doors would come in one week as opposed to the three other estimates we got which told us they would be two weeks. They came in right on time, and Ben came on a Friday night to install. Ironically, the week after our install, my parent's slider needed to be repaired and I texted Ben to see if he could help even though he had not done the install. He picked up his phone on a Saturday morning, offered to come over, and fixed their door. We would definitely recommend Ben to others, and would use him again in the future!

Everything was top quality with Exceptional Glass. They were actually early for their appointments. They do the job in the time they said. They do it for the price we agreed on and they supplied everything they said they were going to supply. Everything went fine. They did a very professional job. It's a single, professional operator.
