From start to finish the experience with Blue Umbrella was amazing. Marvin came out exactly as scheduled and not only worked through a solution with me but also gave a really informative presentation. From there he was available for any and all questions. His team came out a few weeks later and did an amazing job. They were prompt and our french drain was put in in under a day! To top it off he brought cookies the day of, customer service unmatched! I also love that the system is insured not just for when we own the home but beyond, gives really good peace of mind.

Blue Umbrella installed French drains in my house. I was getting water in my basement every time there was a heavy rain. Since their work was completed I havenâ  t had any issues. The customer service is top notch and they are overall a great company to work with!

Steve and his team came in clutch after my basement flooded. They provided me high quality service at a fair price. My basement french drain and sump pump installation has helped keep my basement dry and I couldnt be more thankful.

Steve and team did a tremendous job. They were fast, professional, did all my crawlspace french drain in a day and left everything clean, like if they were not even there. Appreciate and recommend them.

The entire Blue Umbrella team (Steve, Tony, etc.) were extremely knowledgeable and very professional. From the initial inspection to job completion, they kept me informed the entire way. Tony explained what my issues were, what products were going to be used, why they are using them and answered all of my questions. Tony then showed up on the day of install, walked through the scope with the foreman and the job was completed flawlessly. Steve showed up to inspect the end and a few days later, showed his gratitude with a tray of cookies. The small things go a long way, and am grateful I chose Blue Umbrella.

The entire process was incredibly smooth, Steve was very detailed in explaining step by step what was happening, he constantly and consistently checked-in to ensure all work passed his quality check. I was impressed by the install, from the scrub down and sanitizing they gave the basement, to the quality of their materials, the additional drain by the door they provided at no extra charge, and last but not least a draining area for the dehumidifier which saves me the twice daily trip down to the basement. I looked at a few waterproofing companies, and am glad I choose Blue Umbrella Waterproofing. They were reliable, efficient, had high-quality standard, and lastly upfront and honest. I would recommend them for any waterproofing needs.

Steve the Owner, Tony & Crew @ Blue Umbrella Waterproofing did a fantastic job from start to finish and exceeded our expectations. Steve was always attentive and responsive to my requests and questions and truly cares that his customers are receiving the best quality at the best value! I received 4 other quotes and Blue Umbrella provided the best price with the superior quality materials and components. He will take his time during the initial in-person consultation and clearly explain the whole process with designs and videos without any high-pressure snake oil sales-tactics. I had some previous house trap/sewage issues and Steve and Team kindly went above and excavated additional areas and recemented after the plumbers finished at no additional charge and saving us $$$. Steve spent a lot of time continuing to inspect the work throughout the project to ensure everything was spot on and a good amount of time and energy sanitizing and scrubbing our basement. When they finished they left our basement in immaculate pristine bone-dry condition. Not only did they do a great job Waterproofing but I received a lot of great recommendations: dehumidifiers and renovation references. After the job was completed, he continued to answer all my questions days later. If you want an honest, reliable, competent, highly valued company using the best quality materials that goes above & beyond your expectations don't waste your time scoping out their competitors as Blue Umbrella is unmatched. OUTSTANDING! This company is so honest and leads with great integrity that the inspector Tony identified the root cause of where our water was leaking into our basement and said we may not need to install French drains which would have cost us about $4,000. Our previous owner drilled holes into our sidewalk outside of fireplace that leads to our basement for termite treatment. The cement covering holes eroded and water was leaking into the basement. We covered the holes with cement 2 days ago and with this passing rain not one drop of water is in the basement. We've had three other basement waterproofing companies come to her house and no one noticed it except for blue umbrella waterproofing. The owner even took the time to call me to ask how the inspection went. This is the only company I would use in the future.

So happy with the service of Blue Umbrella Waterproofing. Had an appointment for an estimate and Tony, the sales manager, texted the day before to confirm and he showed up right on time. He took his time to look at the inside and outside of the of where we had water issues. He went through the entire waterproofing process with my husband, showed him exactly what would be done, how it would be done and detailed everything. The proposal was very professional and contained not only the detailed proposal but helpful brochures on the sump pit; motor and their price assurance guarantee. The crew showed up on the date scheduled and they were great. They started at 9:00 and finished by 3:00 and left the inside and the outside of the house super clean. . . they were amazing. We called 3 companies to come out to provide an estimate so I saved all of you reading this review time. . . don’t waste your time calling anyone else. Steve, Tony and the crew did a fantastic job and the cost was extremely competitive.

Had French drains and a sump pump installed by blue umbrella. They did a great job, had it done in one day. Tony was great as a salesman and both Tony and the owner Steve came by on installation day to make sure everything was done right. They left the site cleaner than when they initially arrived, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for this type of work. A pleasure to deal with.
