Description of Work: We had a loft built in our garage, side door in our garage replaced, and bathroom floor tiled. We had used Bryan and his team in our previous home and were happy with the work so we decided to call Bryan again. We were not disappointed. They did a great job. Description of Work: I purchased a 100 year old home in March and was fortunate enough to have Bryan's Handyman & Home Improvement Service referred to me. To date, Bryan has put up walls, new ceilings, skim spackled several rooms and just finished painting the first floor of my home. He has removed carpet and is assisting me in hardwood floor selection and will install it for me, as well as remodeling the main bathroom of the home. In the process of installing ceilling lights/fans and is excellent with his opinions, always punctual to meet me at the house for more estimates and opinions. The work done has been meticulous and cleaned up nicely when finished. I told Bryan yesterday that I have several more years of projects I need him to complete both inside and outsice my home. Extremely pleases overall.

Description of Work: Bryan's Handyman & Home Improvement Service has put up new walls, repaired ceilings, repaired a leading roof replacing asbestos and new ceiling, skim spackled walls, sanding, painting and is now in the process of putting down hardwood flooring and will then redo a bathroom; also hanging ceiling fans.

 + -1 moreWe exchanged several emails describing the fans I had purchased so he could get the matching pieces. I would have preferred he come to look at the job, but it was not very complicated. On the agreed upon date, Bryan and his assistant arrived on time and ready to go. They put down drop cloths to ensure there were no messes. They were efficient and knew exactly what needed to be done. The fans and lights work great and they cleaned everything up. He even pointed out 2 things that should go on my new construction punch list that I missed. He is very thorough and does all types of work
Description of Work: I needed 2 ceiling fans installed. One was on a 10' ceiling and the other on a 18" ceiling. After contacting 4 handymen through Angie's list without success, I asked a neighbor who gave me Bryan's name & number. One handyman did not do electrical work, 2 others did not have a ladder high enough to reach 18'. The forth did not answer. I called an electrician who gave me an estimate of $450 plus parts. Bryan's estimate was $350 plus parts.
