Description of Work: We had a loft built in our garage, side door in our garage replaced, and bathroom floor tiled. We had used Bryan and his team in our previous home and were happy with the work so we decided to call Bryan again. We were not disappointed. They did a great job. We have some more work to be done in the spring and we will be calling Bryan again.

Description of Work: Overall, the work that was done was fair. The worker at our house didn't speak any English. Mr. Grubb wouldn't let the workers leave our house without getting paid. There was no invoice. He gave his worker an amount over the phone, which I paid. When I got the invoice the next day, I noticed that I overpaid. About a month after I paid him the final job was completed (through a third party). A week later I received the invoice for that job (I received it on a Saturday night). Two days later we started receiving phone calls from Mr. Grubbs office wondering where their money was (it was already in the mail). My husband operates his own small business and we certainly don't badger people for money 2 days after a bill was sent. We will never use this handyman again! Customer service is definitely lacking here!

 + -1 moreWe exchanged several emails describing the fans I had purchased so he could get the matching pieces. I would have preferred he come to look at the job, but it was not very complicated. On the agreed upon date, Bryan and his assistant arrived on time and ready to go. They put down drop cloths to ensure there were no messes. They were efficient and knew exactly what needed to be done. The fans and lights work great and they cleaned everything up. He even pointed out 2 things that should go on my new construction punch list that I missed. He is very thorough and does all types of work
Description of Work: I needed 2 ceiling fans installed. One was on a 10' ceiling and the other on a 18" ceiling. After contacting 4 handymen through Angie's list without success, I asked a neighbor who gave me Bryan's name & number. One handyman did not do electrical work, 2 others did not have a ladder high enough to reach 18'. The forth did not answer. I called an electrician who gave me an estimate of $450 plus parts. Bryan's estimate was $350 plus parts.
