It went well. The work needed to be completed over a period of 2-3 days.

He and his team started the work a week or so later and completed most of it in two days. Only the broken window was delayed but was finished about a week later. Overall, we were very satisfied with his team's work and will be using his services again next spring.

I reached out the Bryan's Handyman & Home Improvement in mid-August. With the assistance of his colleague, Josie, we promptly made a date for the estimate. Within the following week, I received a detailed invoice via email. I felt that the work was clearly detailed and reasonably priced. My husband and I decided to make some modifications to the original work plan so we corresponded with Bryan via email. These changes were not a reflection of Bryan's services; they were simply additions/deletions to our original job summary based upon changing personal priorities. We also decided to change the original date of service due to competing family priorities. Bryan was amenable to all changes and willing to accommodate my requests. Once we rescheduled, Bryan and his crew arrived promptly on the day of service (Friday @ 9:30am). Two gentlemen remained throughout the day to do the bulk of the work. It took a bit longer than I had expected, they left my house after 7pm because certain aspects of the work were complicated. Overall, it was completed very well and they even cleaned up properly too. Bryan followed-up with me via email the following Monday to ensure my satisfaction and close the job with the balance due. I am very pleased with Bryan's Handyman & Home Improvement and would certainly use them again.

Bryan was very prompt to return the initial inquiry, and then was able to show up within one day to provide an estimate. Within another day, the formal proposal arrived via e:mail as he promised. We had to order materials, so he ordered the materials and we agreed on a start date. Bryan showed up on time and completed the repairs in one day. It wasn't a big job, so it was a little challenging to find someone who would be able to complete this kind of a job. It seemed to be right up Bryan's alley. He did a good job for us and I would definitely recommend that any one in the area feel comfortable using him for home repairs.

Bryan's crew showed up on time and did quality work. His willingness to do any job is a huge plus since it's tough to find someone to do what is considered to be a "small" job. We'll be using Bryan's for similar work in the future for sure.

Bryan - was very professional provided a prompt fair estimate and completed the job well and quickly. I will definitely contact Bryan next time I need a handyman's assistance.

I was extremely impressed by Bryan and his crew. Despite his very busy schedule, he accommodated our request to install a new kitchen slider door at short notice (to prepare our house for listing). The workmanship was impeccable. His crew also kept the entire workplace clean - they even put plastic covers to separate the area where the work was being done from the rest of the house to minimize any dust and debris from entering the house. The door was installed perfectly - and we love the results! We will definitely hire Bryan and team for future projects when we get our next house. Highly recommend!!! AAA++++

Bryan returned my phone call quickly and i was able to schedule the work so it would be done before more rain hit. They arrived on time and were professional and courteous. I was pleased with the work and highly recommend them.

Getting Bryan to come to give us an estimate took a couple of weeks, but Bryan and his crew were well worth the wait. In addition, we had to wait for the entry door we ordered to arrive at the store, but Bryan picked up the door and brought it with him the day of service. They assigned two full days to complete the jobs on the list. The crew was hard-working, friendly and completed the jobs to our satisfaction! They worked tirelessly to complete the work on the two hottest days of the year, so their work ethic was impressive! The jobs were completed on time, with a good clean-up. I would highly recommend Bryan's Handyman & Home Improvement Service and will use them again for any other jobs that pop up. .

The closet repair was done quickly and efficiently - which was much appreciated. During that visit, the workman took some photos of the garden bed, in order to assess the scope and possible cost of the paver stone installation. We had some minor confusion over the planned date for that installation, but that was resolved, and the work was started and completed on August 5, 2013. Bryan did come by - and then sent two workers to pick up the stones at the local Lowe's and do the installation. They did an excellent job - quick, well-placed, and cleaned and swept up the walk after they were done. Bryan also called me that afternoon, just to assure that I was satisfied with the work, which I was. My interactions were limited to this particular pair of issues, but I would not hesitate to recommend Bryan and would certainly use him if I need more handyman assistance. I have seen photos of some of his work in kitchens and bathroom upgrades, and they look terrific.

I elected not to have provider do the work. He was very nice, very professional, prompt, etc. but I felt the quote was too high.

Job went very well. It was even less work than originally estimated. so Byran did take some off the original estimate. Roof looks good and water is not leaking out of my faucet anymore. His workers were very professional and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. I would definitely hire him again.

I have hired Bryan and his team for numerous home repair and remodling jobs for both my valued Real Estate clients and my own personal property. My clients and I have been very satisfied with his high level of craftmanship and ability to accomplish any renovation or construction job with integrity and value. A true assset to the industry.

My experience with Bryan and his team was great. He came out and gave us an estimate within a couple of days contact. He ordered the Bilco doors for us and installed them. His team repaired the concrete that the Bilco Doors were on as they wanted to make sure there were no leaks. Everything that was done came out great and his price was very fair. I would not hesitate to call him again or recommend him to anyone.

He sent associate to our home for the estimate and he told us Bryan would get back to use in 1-2 days when we didn't hear from him I contacted him a few days later and explained I was anxious to have work done especially the wheelchair ramp since I could not go outside in my electric wheelchair till installed since we had just moved in. He said he was going on vacation that he could send a crew to do the work on june 28 . I asked him to call me the night before to confirm he picked up the doors but he never called. late that night I sent him an email to the effect that if he changed his mind and didn't want the job I needed to know so I could get someone else. He emailed me before 7am to say a crew would be here around 830 . They did arrive shortly before 10am. I will say they were polite and hard working getting all but the pictures and stained glass window hung. A different guy along with the one who gave the estimate came Ithe next morning as promised. they were had everything needed to complete job and worked efficiently. Overall we were satisfied with the work done ,

Bryan came and checked out the basement and gave me a fair price for the amount of work needed. He set up a time for two of his workers to come by that day to actually remove the basement carpet. The guys that came were very nice and worked really fast. Overall the experience was quick and inexpensive and very well done! thank you!!!

First thing I will say is that working with Bryan and his crew is an extremely positive experience. Highly professional, which to me means he (and they) are responsive, do what they say when they say and treat your home as if it were there own and honor the price of their estimate. We had Bryan come to give estimate on refreshing our screened in porch which took some damage from Sandy in the fall. He provided several options and we decided to go with the more expensive (but no maintenance) Azek trim. Estimate provided for this work and all the handyman work was clear and fair. He was highly responsive as we negotiated and figured out who would need to buy which materials for the job. Work scheduled and they showed up as promised. His crew does the work once Bryan gets everyone set on what needs to be done. They work well together, work very hard and respond to questions. Unfortunately the vinyl door was delivered damaged and it wasn't known until they took it out of box at my home. This added 10 days to the job while we waited for replacement. Not Bryan's fault but had he inspected the materials prior the delay could have been compressed. I did have to stay on top of the crew as they clearly had more to do than the time Bryan wanted to get it done. That said, everything was highly professional (but rushed at the end of every day). My objective with this project was to begin relationship with a contractor who could handle both large and small (handyman) jobs and that was clearly accomplished. I can strongly recommend Bryan and his crew and look forward to working with them on our next job (which my wife and I are already discussing).

Responded immediately to my email, sent an associate the next day to check on what needed to be done and take photos and stayed in touch. Did not use on this job, but would definitely consider using in the future.

The service was okay; I grade them somewhere between an A and B. I would recommend them. The price was a little bit expensive but it was reasonable.

Bryan and his crew showed up as scheduled the first morning and reviewed all of the areas that needed the work done. The tiling was the biggest job and that was worked on the entire first day. They were very clean...put up plastic sheets between rooms so there was no dust to clean up. I appreciate this as a busy mom of 2 who has enough to clean up at the end of the day. They left us a patch to walk on since that was our only way up the stairs. Day 2 was ceiling fan installations and I was very pleased with the remote setting so no holes had to put into the walls. Again...spotless work with zero cleanup afterwards. The door frame was also replaced and when Bryan noted water damage in that area, they fixed it. Again, very much appreciated that he did that right away and saved us time! Day 3 was grouting the tile, installing the moulding and installation of the new back door. The workers were very nice and understanding that my kids wanted to watch a couple of times. Meticulous attention to detail, too. We would definitely hire them again.

The end result was very good and would strongly recommend Bryan to anyone.

Bryan returned my call within 30 minutes and his workers arrived on time the next day. They were very polite and kept the work area neat. Stairs were down within 15 minutes.

Bryan and his crew were very courteous and careful. Bryan provided excellent supervision and crew did a very careful and professional job. The condition of the walls required extra time for preparations. We were consulted at every step and agreed to the extra time required. Bryan also recommended roof repair to fix the dampness problems. We are following through on that (with another vendor) and will call Bryan back later to have several windows replaced once the roof has been fixed.

He came out and gave me a fair estimate for the work. This was in January and we e-mailed many times with numerous reasons as to why the work could not be done.... Weather bad, he had flu, daughter was sick etc. The last email involved the color of shingle. He took a shingle with him when he first came out and I reminded him that he already had the color. He said he threw it out since he had not heard from me in so long. This made me angry as we had been in touch off and on for over two months. I decided to end our business relationship.

I have to say I was not expecting much in the way of results as the house is about 150 years old and the walls were pretty beat up from the damage they had incurred. Bryan and his crew did an ASTONISHING job . They showed up when they said they would and went right to work, they even came and spent a full day on Saturday. I was hoping to get the job done before Thanksgiving and Bryan assured me it was not a problem. His crew finished up the Tuesday before after a marathon session of work The sheetrock was flawless and the skim coating of hallway was beyond belief. I do property management work for a living and am always on the lookout for potential contractors (that is why I joined Angie's List) I will definitely be using Bryan on other projects Thanks to Bryan and his crew!
