We are a 3-year Super Service Award Winner! Although we specialize in kitchens, we have extensive experience in a wide range of other remodeling services. We can assist our clients through all stages of their remodel, from initial ideas through final completion.We can also assist our clients by recommending and dealing with our professional colleagues and vendors at no additional cost or mark-up fees. With over 25+ years in the business, Carlos and his staff, takes great pride in their work. Carlos is the lead carpenter on all jobs and will be dealing directly with his clients at all times. Our quality and professionalism is unmatched and client satisfaction is our number one goal!
"Carlos Dominguez shows no respect to his customer. It is unprofessional - and totally unacceptable - to not answer my emails, telephone calls, text messages. He walked away from my kitchen remodeling project after my email, where I expressed unhappiness with the quality of work, expecting more from someone who has 95% five-star rating. In three and a half days of work there were multiple mistakes in plumbing: including selecting the wrong PVC fittings, not installing the roof vent flashing properly, and drilling oversized holes in the studs violating the building code. Similarly - ignoring the manufacturer's installation manual - he shows up with the wrong duct size for the kitchen exhaust. It must be embarrassing to face criticism from a homeowner, who seems to know more, or care more about things getting done right. His answer: sending a check back without any word, claiming full credit for unfinished, uninspected work. No discussion. Is client satisfaction is the number one goal?"

With our over 20 years of basement finishing experience, The Basic Basement Company, we are your top quality basement finishing professional of choice! "We just completed our basement project. We were told it would take 6-8 weeks and we just hit 7.5 weeks. The coordination of each step of the process was fantastic. The only downside is the workers came 1 time per week each of the 7 weeks. I think maybe one week more than 1 crew came, but each stage was done 1 day out of the week once a week (ex: Tuesday the framers came, the following week: Friday the electrician came, the following week: Wednesday the sheet rock guys came, etc.). It would have gone much quicker if each stage was back to back days, but again we were told 6-8 weeks from day one and thatâ s what we got. Gail (who is the point of contact for coordination and payments) was fantastic to work with. Very responsive and helpful. Every team except the spackle team was super clean and picked up after themselves. Paint team was fantastic! The final product is exactly what we were looking for. We definitely recommend Basic Basements!"
