Steve came originally for a repair, and was so terrific that he is now our official pool company :) His son works with him, and my first contact was his wife, who could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Great service and nice people!

+ -1 moreWe've been using them for years. Steve Thomas has been very good, very accommodating and very friendly to talk to on the phone. Overall, it's just a great company. I noticed he puts things in my shed and it's neatly done in my shed. He is very reasonable. Their workmanship is good. It's tidy and clean. They come and it's done within 30 minutes to an hour. He is just very good. I'm glad my husband found him.

+ -1 moreSteve from Stay Brite is reliable, professional, and honest. I highly recommend his company.
Description of Work: I have had a leak in my fiberglass pool and was unable to find a reliable company to fix it. I had a diver attempt the repair by caulking inside the pool light around the cable conduit. Did not work. Contacted two other companies but they never showed up for scheduled appointments. Finally found Stay Brite thru Angie's List. Steve is professional and honest. Showed up as promised. He pressure tested the lines for leaks, and when they checked out okay asked me about the procedure the diver used to caulk the light. The diver had replaced the light immediately after caulking and Steve stated that the caulk needs to set for 24 hours or the cable wire will loosen the caulk when the light is replaced if the caulk hasn't set properly. Made sense to me so we agreed to try recaulking. Steve came back the next day and removed old caulk and recaulked. We let it set for 24 hours and as promised, Steve returned the following day to replace the light. Pool is leak free for over 2 months.

Description of Work: Steve has been servicing our pool for 16 years and he and Pete have done a super job. We have replaced several parts for the inground pool and everything has been done as promised. You can't go wrong using Steve and his helpeers.

+ -1 moreWe contacted Stay-Brite Pools, Inc. and spoke to Steve. He said it would take a few weeks to get the pool cover replaced because it had to be ordered from Meyco. Sure enough, it took a few weeks. Steve came out to install the pool cover. He also took out a couple of logs from the pool that fell through the puncture holes. He folded up the old cover and placed it out front for the garbage men to collect. It was a totally successful transaction. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Stay-Brite Pools, Inc. to my closest friends.
Description of Work: During the late October snow storm, a couple of branches punctured our Meyco pool cover. We needed it replaced.

+ -1 moreThey were willing to come out on a weekend on short notice, which was very important to us because our swimming pool had not been running for days and was going to be filled with algae if the pump wasn't fixed soon. They quickly repaired the valve and the price was very reasonable. We're very happy with the work.
