In the process of selling my house it was discovered my distribution box (D box) had to be replaced. I contacted Rich Kimble and Sons. Within a week they did the repairs and replaced a manhole cover. The workers were very professional and end product was perfect. And to top it off reasonably priced. Great work, very responsive and affordable. Wish all my transactions went as smoothly. I highly recommend them.

Rich Kimble & Sons bought out Redner Septic Services years ago. So if you get service from either, it doesn't matter, they have the same ownership. I have been using Redner, now Rich Kimble, for the past 17 years. I plan on using them again in 3-4 years when the tanks will be pumped/emptied again.
Description of Work: I had two septic tanks emptied at a cost of $240 per 1,000 gallons, plus tax. Besides pumping the septic tanks, the service included an inspection of the septic tank baffles, plus they sprayed the inside of the tank with water using a special jet stream nozzle attached to your garden hose. So try you have your tanks emptied when your outside water is still turned on.

Description of Work: Our septic pump stopped working and they had to pump both our tanks and climb in and inspect the pump. It turned out someone had switched our pump off. They were super responsive and professional. I will be using them for all my septic needs.

It turned out that the original builder dug a large hole (18' deep) and dumped tree stumps from the lot back in 1982 when the house was constructed. Over time, the rotting stumps and other debris created the sink hole. A 20' by 20' square, 18' deep hole was excavated and then filled in layers so that the driveway could then be resurfaced without issue. Rich did a fine job and gave proper reports on prgress and options during the job. I would highly reccmmend Rich Kimble and Son.
Description of Work: An automobile sized sink hole was causing my driveway to sag. Rick Kimble & Sons was hired to excavate and fill the sink hole as necessary.

We had an emergency with our septic system. The breaker for the septic system and high water alarm was "tripped" and when it was put back on the alarm would come on and the breaker would trip with in a minute of being on. We called several companies, no response. We called Rich Kimble and Sons (we were a bit nervous due to being told they were expensive) and was greeted professionally and told that someone would call or stop by with in a short time. Within 2 hours I had Rich stop by, evaluate the situation and give an estimate. He sent his guys to my house within 1.5 hours. the pump truck pulled up with Bill driving, who pumped out the system and then Eric in another truck, he was undoing the old pump and putting in the new pump with in a short time. What a relief to know they are so close and very professional and nice. Rich was very kind not to charge a fee for it being an emergency. We are very grateful for that. We called the next day asking for an invoice, Elaine (office person) said that it is all done, would you like me to email it? and she did. I was in their office a couple hours later paying. Awesome experience!
Description of Work: SEPTIC SYSTEM ISSUE: They came and evaluated our needs, pumped out our septic system, and changed the pump for the system. Then ensured the system was working properly before leaving.
