I had serious flooding in my basement, I contacted Pro Dry and spoke to Joe who assured me he would come the next day which he did. Joe and Howard arrived on schedule and evaluated my problem. I was give a plan they thought would resolve the issue at a very fair price. The crew arrived promptly on the scheduled date and went right to work. First the basically wrapped my entire first floor with plastic sheeting to prevent dust and mess from infiltrating the space and started on the plan which was to install a French drain system and sump pump. The entire job was completed in 1 day and they cleaned everything as if they weren't even there!!!! The system works perfectly and I would highly recommend Dry Pro to all whom may need basement issues corrected. Great company and service at a very reasonable price!!!

I had met with several contractors before I decided to work with Joe. He explained thoroughly the process of the work to be done and I had asked about removing and disposing of old flooring in my basement since I was concerned about water damage and he was able to have his guys take care of it (add'l charge as it was not part of the standard work, no problem with that). They did a great job with the work, leaving my basement very clean. We've had a few storms that were heavy recently and thankfully no issues. I noticed a couple drops in one area and Joe immediately informed me that he was going to send his guys to address it so it drains properly. That response shows he cares about the quality of his work and his dedicated to his craft. Love how quick the work was done and the relief I now have when it rains heavy as I no longer have concerns.
