Joe Delia and his team were fantastic. They were prompt, courteous and executed the work to absolute perfection. Installation of a French Drain, Two Sump Pumps, and a Water Back-up all completed on time and with perfect precision. The team was very attentive, explained the work, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable every step of the way. Howie and his crew are awesome. We consulted a few companies for putting a french drain around the perimeter of the basement. They came in the most reasonable and they were very easy to work with. The job was done very well and I would highly recommend them.

I had hired this company about 2 years ago to install french drains sump pump and waterproofing system, the work was top notch and never had a wet basement afterward. A couple of weeks ago we had a major issue to wit our basement wall collapsed with horrific results, my first call was to Pro Dry and spoke to Joe who immediately assured me his company would be able to complete all the work necessary; however he advised me to contact my insurance company first which I did. Well long story short it was not covered, so I notified Joe of this and he immediately came to my home to survey the damage and offer me solutions and options. Howie arranged financing and soon after Joe had sent a crew to start the necessary repairs. All of the crews used were excellent, very thorough, professional and very tidy. The work was performed in a timely manner with Joe and his foremen on top of every aspect of the project. Joe never tried high pressure tactics but instead treated us as family. The pricing was very fair and no short cuts were taken. There will be further aspects of the project to be completed in the spring and I am vey sure it will be done timely and up to his high standards. My basement had a serious water problem for years. The french drains were ineffective and the one sump pump with a battery back - up was not efficient. The Pro Dry crew removed the existing french drain and sump pump and installed a completely new french drain system covering the entire perimeter of my basement. New stone and cement were completely installed, two new sump pumps and back up system not reliant on a battery or electricity were put in place. Now I have a new french drain system, two sump pumps in different areas of the basement and an independent backup system. The whole job took a day and a half. The crew was very efficient and the workmanship is high level. Now I can have my basement remodeled with no more worries about water every time there is a heavy rain. We could not be more happy with the job done by Pro Dry!

Although Pro Dry is primarily known for their basement and waterproofing work, they also provide landscape and hardscape services. I engaged them to install a new stone pathway with concrete sub-base and replace a full sidewalk to County specs for my home. The quality was top notch. They met our tight schedule and their pricing was very competitive. They handled permit application and inspection. Joe D was involved in every aspect from estimating to final inspection. He & his crew were all friendly, very neat & respectful of my home. The work was completed within 48 hours & I couldnâ t be more pleased with the results! Weâ ve had terrible rain storms after my basement was waterproofed by ProDry & I donâ t have a drop of water! ProDry installed a French Drain system & itâ s wonderful!
