Pro Dry Basement Waterproofing installed French drains and sump pumps in my entire basement. From the initial proposal to the final cleanup, Joe, the owner and manager and his workers did an excellent job. They experienced, knowledgeable, reliable, responsive, timely and clean (removed dust), and competitive. I highly recommend them.

We had a major water problem in our basement . The work that needed to be done, was explained in detail from the owner. The work that was done in a very timely manner. We now have no issue at all not even a drop of water has surfaced since March and we have had lots of downpours and major rain throughout the summer! I canâ t speak more highly about this organization and highly recommend anybody thatâ s dealing with water issues. Should give them a call.

Basement Drainage Channels Installation
These guys were amazing. They responded very quickly to a flooding emergency in the basement. They showed up exactly when they said they would, brought a large crew of guys who all were competent and behaved as a team. They removed an old and failed French Drain system, installed a new one, including a tie in to an external drain, a new sump pump and well. It was about 60 linear feet of drains and they did the ENTIRE job in a morning. Including testing and clean up. I HIGHLY recommend Joe and his team, they were fantastic.

The water mitigation was resolved fine. BUT their crew left some kind of equipment on my lawn for the day and it burned a 4-foot square hole in my lawn. I called and complained and the man Joe said to buy the necessary equipment to fill it in and regrow the grass. (Topsoil, fertilizer, and grass seed which I did and sent him the receipts THREE WEEKS ago. I cannot believe they are staining their reputation for a measly $20.00 reimbursement fee.

Had a serious leak in our basement beneath our carpeting. I contacted Pro Dry and within a few hours they were at my house fixing the problem! Super professional and efficient. Also, the owner of the business (Joe- great guy!) is like the Hulk! He picked up and moved an entire fridge by himself!!!....so don't make him angry ;) ;)

There was water coming into the basement for quite sometime but it had gotten to the point where the water was seeping up through the floors. I hired Joe and his team and they did an excellent job. They also finished the job early, instead of the two full days they recommended. The workers also asked for my opinion on a couple of occasions (ex. where I wanted the sump pumps located). I was grateful that they cleaned up afterwards. Thereâ s no more moisture in the air. Iâ m breathing in clean air. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.
