With the incredibly LARGE selection of every aspect of shades and drapes - we discussed the project and arranged to meet. We met in person and reviewed the basics about what is involved in custom drapes and shades. We started with colors and fabrics, and reviewed the different quality of material and associated costs, then moved on to the styles, how they are hung, and all the styles associated, then moved on to the hanging options/hardware. Then the same for the shades. This would have been completely maddening without the help provided. Once all the selection process was completed - I was when the product was ready for installation/delivery. Everything was installed professionally, and looks GREAT ! I really appreciated all the assistance ! I would recommend to anyone !!!
