He missed one branch, but came back and took care of it.
Description of Work: Trim branches off the house and detached garage. Also remove branches over my vegetable garden.

Mike and his crew are outstanding. Mike came and gave me an estimate and made recommendations. We agreed upon a date of service and the cost. Cutters came when they say they would, they are professional, courteous and meticulous. Mike believes in saving trees and only removes trees that must come down. He will prune and remove branches as needed. I have used "Cutters" before after storms and to prune the many trees on my property. I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Took down 6 large trees~ Ash, Hickory and Maple. Removed all brush and wood and removed an old wood pile.

I tried to hire them to remove a couple trees after Superstorm Sandy because they were recommended by a friend. I left several messages and never received a return call. Not even a call to say we'll get back to you as soon as we can. Never had a live person answering the phone - even during regular business hours, which is okay - if they had returned my calls later. Never ever heard from them at all.

Cutter Tree Service was very reliable and honest, and it went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the work. Its price was extremely competitive, too.
Description of Work: They trimmed a Japanese maple tree, and they trimmed another tree's branches away from some power lines. They did work in other parts of the yard, too.
