It went very smoothly. There were no issues, and they were great advisers to our build.

Sina and his team did a fantastic job finishing our basement. This company truly cares about doing a good job for its customers. They arrived when they said they were going to arrive and did what they said they were going to do each day. They worked with all other contractors we needed -- plumbing, electrical, etc. -- and took charge of everything. Our project finished on time, and our basement is wonderful. Highly recommended

BAS Mechanical is great! Sina & Ali had remodeled our bathroom last year and did a great job, so we hired them again! This time it was switching a wood deck to Trex. I also needed a few other items done, new ramp to the shed and fix the front step. Once again they did a great job! They are always a pleasure to deal with, friendly and professional.

The work went smoothly and efficiently. Sina and Ali are a great team. They listen to all instructions and comments, they are easy to work with and the quality of their work is exceptional.

We interviewed many contractors before settling on BAS Construction. Sina and Ali are both easy to talk to and to work with. We first hired them to replace some windows in the front of our house. They were at the house every day until the job was done even during extreme cold temperatures. They are currently working on replacing more windows and redesigning the dormers. The next project will be for them to redo our front walk, patio and front door. They are reliable, meticulous and honest. We have a lot more work to be done on our home and would not hesitate to use them for future projects.

This is the second time we have used BAS Construction, and we truly couldn?t be happier. Sina (the owner) was attentive and patient with us throughout the entire project. I really appreciated how he walked through all the changes that we wanted to make in the kitchen with us and even offered ideas that we hadn?t previously thought of, but loved (and ultimately used)! He prepared a thorough and well-organized proposal for us. The project went smoothly and we were kept updated on the progress all the time, even when we were on vacation during part of the project. We really felt like Sina cared about our ideas and expectations for this project, which was evidenced through attention to details, being easy to reach out to for questions, and completing the project quickly and during the time frame that worked best for our schedule. My new kitchen is stunning and I have been getting compliments all the time. Originally, we weren?t sure if this project was something we could afford, but BAS Construction made it feasible for us. I would recommend them a hundred times over ? call them!

BAS Construction, lead by Sina and Ali, were collaborative from the start and my wife and I really found working with them easy compared to other contractors. They spent quite a bit of time discussing our needs, providing ideas and finalizing the plans. First, and foremost, they have excellent communication - phone, email and text - even Skype when we were away and needed to see the Ditra Heat work. They responded quickly to my requests and confirmed everything in writing - making the final punch list a painless process for a change. Second, they worked with us on the estimate and the planning, dealing well with our budget, schedule and design expectations. - The French drain was a concern, we wanted to confirm it could be filled in before committing to that plan. They brought in a masonry sub who inspected the job and said it was doable. The final result looked really good too. - They had never worked with Ditra Heat before but had no issue with it - other contractors would only work with their brand. They did their homework before hand and the installation works great. - The closet and room doors were huge - 93" high and 34" wide. Big and heavy! We worked with the supplier to spec the track system and all the doors work well. Third, they really do back up their work. No job goes completely perfectly and BAS dealt with the issues responsibly. The schedule had to be adjusted because I made an error ordering the Ditra Heat product, delaying things a couple weeks. Also, we had some issues with their painter and both Sina and Ali came in and finished the job themselves. Sina and Ali both worked on the final punch list and regularly solicited feedback and confirmation that the results were what we were expecting. The job finally wrapped up and we were thrilled with the end results! The heated floor is amazing and the custom sliding doors to close off the room look and work great. We will be doing more work with BAS in the future and have already recommended them to a few friends.

BAS did a great job with the work they performed on my house. The arrived on time, worked all day, communicated well, and completed the job exactly as they said they were going to. I would certainly use them again for any construction work in my house, and would highly recommend them.

Everything went really well. A slight delay with getting the proper shower stall doors. Job was done very neatly with a good clean up at end.

I couldn't have asked for a more amazing experience in remodeling my basement. Sina and his BAS Construction crew provided all of the things that I was looking for in a contractor: reliability, fair prices, high-quality work, and professionalism. My basement was transformed into a beautiful living space for my family. This project included demolition, restructuring of walls, electrical rewiring, flooring, painting, the whole 9 yards! Sina was attentive to my and my husband's concerns about maximizing storage space, while also creating a comfortable place for gathering and entertaining. I never would have dreamed that my basement would be as beautiful (and functional!) as it is now without breaking the bank. Other things that I really appreciated about BAS Construction were that we didn't feel like we were being taken advantage of, that the crew was completely trustworthy, and that we were kept in the loop about the progress of the project the entire time. I would come home from work and Sina would be there to tell me about what they had accomplished that day, answer any questions I had, and let me know what the plan was for the next day. Normally, I wouldn't be compelled to write a review, but I feel like it would be a shame for me to not let more people in on Sina and his company's wonderful work. I have had nightmare experiences in the past with other contractors, and I would never even think of going with anyone other than BAS Construction now. In fact, I have been recommending them to all of my neighbors and family nearby! A++ to BAS!
