I made the appointment on 2/22/2010. I asked them how much an appointment would be, they said $65.00. I asked them when it would be a good time to make an appointment. We made the appointment for today, May 4, from 9-11 am. I haven't heard from them since February, when I made the appointment. When I made the appointment on February 22, the company was supposed to be here between 9 and 11 am. So this morning, it was 9:15 and the company still hadn't showed up. I called the company and talked to Donna. I told her the company had scheduled me for an appointment from 9-11 am. She told me she would call me right back. 45 minutes had passed by and no one had called me. I called Donna back and she asked me if the driver had called me. No one had, which I informed her of this, and she said they will be out later this afternoon. I told her to cancel everything because I would not be waiting around all day.

This service is a nice reassurance that everything is running smoothly and ready for the new season. The serviceman was pleasant and explained what he was doing while he was there. I am considering purchasing a contract plan with them and would recommend them.
