Very responsive team in every way. One notable example: I was surprised to see the email containing our appraisal was sent 3:00 in the morning. I asked Joe if that was true, and he said yes, he knew it was urgent for us. You can't get more customer focused than that!

He sent me an estimate before he even read the email that I sent him the very detailed email I sent him. And then he quoted me a price that was not for my house was for some other kind of house. She didn't read the most important things before he was already talking about money
