Having several friends that were either building new homes or undertaking major renovations, and listening to their horror stories, we were a little bit hesitant to buy a house under construction. Turns out we had nothing to worry about. Working with Vitali at Rock Solid was an absolute pleasure. He was extremely amenable to working with us on customizing the house. We did as much as possible to customize the house. Vitali worked with us the entire time - never any pushback or hesitation. He would involve us with any decision that allowed for customization. We also felt that the pricing for the house and all the customizations was very fair and had no concerns about being taken advantage of. The quality of the home and construction is excellent. They went out of the way to do the work correctly rather than the cheapest/fastest way. I followed the construction closely and was very impressed with the workmanship and the fit and finish. We're thrilled with the house. It was excellently architected and planned and turned out to be perfectly suited to our needs. Also, the energy efficiency of the house is amazing and our utility bills are less than half of our prior home that was less than half the size. I'd be thrilled work with Rock Solid again to build our next house and recommend them without hesitation.
