This moving company and the men who moved us where exceptional. They were on time friendly and very efficient. The furniture was wrapped and nothing was damaged or broken. We had an overall 5 star move and would recommend them to anyone needing a great moving co. Thank You Carlos and team.

My experience using Optimum Moving was fantastic! They were the first to respond to my Home Advisor service request, and they were able to schedule my move for the four-day time frame that I needed. Their quote was competitive but not the lowest, I choose them based on the thoroughness of their questions regarding my move needs and what time I needed to start and finish the move. Their movers arrived on time and were very professional. My move went off without a hitch! I would highly recommend these guys.

Optimum Moving is a great company and they have awesome service. I booked my appointment with Dylan and had to change my moving date because my mother passed away. He was more than willing to accommodate me, I am grateful for that. Davon and his crew worked hard from the beginning of my move to the end. We finished on time and everything was placed exactly where I asked. All of my furniture was disassembled and reassembled with care. Great Job.

Very Efficient, Professional and great price

From the moment I contacted Justin at Optimum Moving, I was pleasantly surprised. It was a bit of a complicated move -- transporting a storage unit full of furniture (of which I was not exactly sure was in there) from Westchester to two different locations in Manhattan. But, my discussions with Justin made me very comfortable with the arrangements and the pricing was reasonable. I was impressed with and most appreciated the clear communication throughout the whole process from my first inquiry through the end of the move. During the move, the crew did a great job -- they were careful and efficient -- and were not ruffled by the lack of organization in the storage unit or the fact that there were many more items than I had estimated. I highly recommend this company!

We are extremely satisfied with the services that we received from Optimum Moving, LLC. We were especially impressed with their punctuality, politeness, professionalism and excellence in packing and handling of the items moved. Considering the very short notice that we gave them, the overall performance was totally exceptional.

Extremely satisfied with this firm. We anticipated a difficult time with the building we moved to, a former school building converted to condos, which did not have easy access and required some navigation and maneuvering to get everything in. In fact I was CONVINCED that a piece or two would not make it. Bert was very informative and helpful during the estimation phase and gave me the comfort level I needed to hire a mover knowing the difficulty that they'd face. Josh and his three man crew were astounding with how they set up their procedure for bringing EVERYTHING in to the unit. They were strong and energetic as well as skillful and went the extra mile repeatedly to satisfy our needs. I highly recommend this firm and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We had an excellent experience working with Optimum Moving. It was a last minute hire and they did not bat an eye, they helped us move what we had already packed and pack our things we had not gotten to yet. Davon and crew were extremely polite and professional and transparent about everything. They came in under their estimated time, and made it so easy! Would certainly recommend them!

Could not believe how quick and efficient these guys were. ELVIS was a pleasure to do business with and there were absolutely no surprises, they stuck to their price no damages by the crew. A+++

Very professional, courteous and efficient. Great job and I would recommend them.

Didn’t break stuff at least. They didn’t take everything despite me asking them to. I had to do way too much work and go back for stuff. The lead guy kept badgering me, sucking up. Should have been overseeing. Told me expected gratuity was 20%. I went online to check. That is total bs. Standard is much lower. Unethical to tell me that. The owner was very nice. Good customer service. His crew? Meh.

I don't like the fact that I have to pay tolls and tips at 15% and not know of it until they came to move me. Would not put them in the holmeadvisor !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
