Everyone was so pleasant even as they worked in the heat and rain. It was a great experience.

Overall professional and good. And they charged what they said they would and showed up on time. Neither of these things can be taken for granted in an industry fraught with thieves. Butâ ¦ Some relatively minor damage, but I had a couple of challenging items. An oak table was scratched for no specific reason and it was easy to get out and easy to get in, though. They asked me where a couple of things went that they packed and after I said the same room a couple of times, they put everything there, even boxes I had packed which were clearly labeled to go elsewhere.

I needed to schedule a move in a short time span (3 days) and Optimum moving was the only company that was able to accommodate. Previous landlord required proof of insurance and the team did a great job at sending all the paperwork in time. Brian and his team of movers were very friendly and effective, worked hard, and careful with my furniture.
