Very easy company to communicate with. They returned my phone calls in a timely manner and were very flexible. The move went very well. One piece of furniture did get scratched in the process but otherwise a very good move and within the time estimate given.

They did everything that was agreed to at a reasonable price, were on-time at both ends, arranged for free storage space, and didn't break anything. There weren't the cheapest cost, but they were friendly and did the job well enough. The move was done fairly quickly and without any damage. One minor quibble - I didn't realize it at the time, but while they re-assembled the beds and a computer desk in the new place, they didn't put some shelves back together that they had dis-assembled. I would still recommend them highly.

My original mover backed out on me last minute. I was lucky enough to find Optimum Moving through your site. They saved the day for sure. The movers were polite and worked quickly, Coudn't ask for a better service. Will be using them again when my lease is up. Thanks!!!
