At every step in the process of purchasing and installing our new boiller and heating system, Mr. Steele was a pleasure to work with. He carefully evaluated the somewhat complex situation in our home, devised a plan, ordered the necessary equipment (boiler, piping, etc.), and expertly and efficiently completed the installation. He removed and disposed of the old equipment and thoroughly tidied up before leaving. He and his assistant worked consistently and quietly over a 3-4 day period to get the job done. Both of them were extremely easy to work with. Mr. Steele explained what we needed to know, guided us in decisions that needed to be made, and responded to our questions with clear answers. Mr. Steele is a man who takes pride in his work and holds himself to the highest standards. We will certainly be recommending him to friends who have heating and air conditioning needs.

Scott was extremely professional and exceeded my expectations when replacing our Heat Pump blower system. His attention to detail, neatness with cable and pipe management, and doing things "by the book" were greatly appreciated. If I have any complaint it's that the township charges too much for permits, but that just goes to show that Steel Mechanical does things right and makes sure you'll pass a town inspection. Other providers I've worked with didn't tell me I even needed permits which sure could have bitten me later!
