After we started the project we had decided on a small design change on our rear patio. John said it was no problem as I was anticipating a struggle since we already signed a contract. They changed the shape and it seemed like no big deal. These guys showed up to start exactly as promised and cleaned up at the end of each day. I would definately hire them again.
Description of Work: We hired Desired Effects for a rear patio and front landscaping. We called them in the middle of April for an estimate. John came out within a couple of days to discuss our project. He sent me 3D pictures of the patio and a landscaping plan a couple of days later.
