He explained the process clearly and was true to his word on the process and how it would look in the end. Nick and his team at Amaya Construction are the best of the best and Iâ m so glad I found them! We recently worked with him for our deck and patio, and as first time home owners, we were unsure where to start, how long the process would take, and all the other stressful aspects of home renovations. I was given 6 different quotes for this project from different companies and Amaya Construction was by far the most reasonably priced â and Nick was the most honest in explaining to us which parts of the project we were being upsold while other contractors were just trying to get more money from us. His team finished the deck in just over a week, put in a sliding door, and added a beautiful patio for us, with the project taking just 3 weeks from start to finish. Nick is also so responsive, you truly feel like youâ re his only client. At this point he feels like family! His team was super professional, timely, and took great care in their work, and Nick was there every step of the way to ensure the deck was executed perfectly. He was also the most flexible when it came to payment. Everyone is complimenting our deck and patio and we canâ t wait to work with Amaya again for other home projects.
