This plumber was contracted through a contractor. The contractor messed up the job and walked off leaving me with a mess. Mr. Wood ignored the 2 phone calls I made to him asking if he could please finish the work. No response.

I have used them many times in the past. I have not used them for a while until yesterday so I have not gotten a bill from yesterday, but they are very prompt and courteous. Their work is good but I do not have anything to compare their pricing with.

Repair and inspection of water heater went well, with no difficulties, with a high quality water heater. Fee was same as phone estimate given. From reading other reviews, I agree that you may need to call this provider more than once. When I have needed work in an hurry, such as in November of 2012, I received a return call and service pronto. This plumber is very busy, he is reasonable, and does great work, but not so great at returning calls for non-emergent issues.

I got tired of not having cold water in sink in the powder room, so I got hold of Wood, he is busy so expect a little phone tag. Before he got there I made up a list of small plumbing projects that just accumulate in life. After we finished the powder room we just went room to room taking care of leaks, and stoppages and questions. He has a minimum of one hour at $90 so it was well worth taking care of everything in one trip.

When I can reach him, Mr. Wood does good work. Unfortunately, he does not always return telephone calls. His workmanship is good, his prices are reasonable, but he is bad about returning telephone calls. When I call a plumber, I want him to call me back pronto.

AFTER A COUPLE OF CALLS MR WOOD CAME OVER AND DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND THE NEXT DAY HIS TWO MEN WERE HERE TO COMPLETE THE JOB. THE HELPER WAS PAID AT HALF THE RATE OF THE LEAD MAN. $80/40.

NEVER RETURNED CALLS, AFTER I CALLED 3 TIMES

EXCELLENT GUY WHO KNOWS HIS PLUMBING. FAIR PRICES AND GOOD AT RETURNING CALLS. WE WOULD BE LOST WITHOUT HIM.

WE EXPERIENCED A LEAK IN OUR UPSTAIRS BATHROOM WHICH WAS GOING THROUGH THE CEILING ON THE FIRST FLOOR. WE SPOKE WITH A NEIGHBOR ABOUT ANY LOCAL PLUMBERS IN THE AREA THAT COULD COME OUT, FIND AND FIX THE PROBLEM. WOOD PLUMBING CAME THE SAME DAY WE CALLED, FIXED THE PROBLEM AND FOR A GREAT PRICE.
