+ -1 moreIts a Sunday morning and we hear a rumbling noise in the crawl space where our sump pump is located. I called Quick Services and left a voice mail. Don called me back within the hour and said he would be out as soon as he finishes a church that had a water pipe that burst. If you notice his info doesnt even list Sunday hours. Don came out within 1 and 1/2 hours. Of course the noise stopped before he arrived. He said he would look into our crawl space to ease our minds even though he believes it was our sump pump. We went out there and he couldnt get the door open. The ground was frozen and the dirt was collapsing in front of the door. So he didn't do any work due to our problem. He was very courteous and knowledgable. He doesn't have sub-contractors which is very important to me. He also does heating & air so I had some questions about our furnace. We will definately call him when the ground thaws and to possibly replace our furnace.

They were able to schedule the replacement quickly, and also quote on replacement of my heater. Their prices were very good and their service and responsiveness were excellent.
