 + -1 moreI may sound like a friend but I am a customer. I've been with CPS tech for 10 years or more. I was a customer when they were at their old location and I continued to follow them here. They have been very good to me and the friends I recommended to them. I have brought several computers and laptops for friends as gifts from them. I did this because I knew if anything went wrong with the computers or labtops CPS would take care of it. They made two home visits to repair my computer. I feel good knowing they are there for both me and my friends. My girlfriend loves knowing I keep her electronics going. And I love knowing CPS is there for us. Thank you Robert, Joseph and Andrea for all your help.

 + -1 moreThey removed the virus and now my computer is working absolutely perfectly. The workers were extremely Respectful Johnny Lee helped me with my situation. They allowed me to bring my dog in the store, and all of the workers were very nice to her, exspecially the girl. On my second visit to the store Johnny remember my name, and the young lady remember my dog's name. I had an amazing expeirence with this company. I highly reccomend this Computer Repair business to anyone who has any problems. They also fix Security cameras, drones, and cell phone....WOW!
Description of Work: MY computer was running very slow, so Cps explained that I had a virus. My options were to remove the wireless without a guarentee of it coming back, but i was covered on a CPS warranty that i am covered for 1 year if the virus does come back, just bring the computer right back in. They also told me that i could call them, and they could control my mouse from their store to my computer here at home for 1 year also.
