Mosquito Joe of Wayne

Terrible. The technician comes to my house. This is like the 4-5th time. This time, I was working from home. I have security cameras all around my property. I get notifications from the system, because the guy is spraying around the property. So my eyes go to the computer screen to watch. The guy sprays around the property and goes back to his truck to leave his equipment. He comes back to the side of my house, to the back corner. He starts urinating on my fence gate and the corner of my newly-built house, thinking he can't be seen. He did not realize he was doing it right under the camera. I have the whole thing recorded on video. He did not even do it towards fence but towards the house. I went down to confront him. He said sorry and just left running. Then I called the office. The owner comes on the phone and no apology, she says she will talk to the employee. No remorse, no shock. I guess not the first time happening. She said "hopefully he won't do it again". It is disgusting. They are worthless. Do not spend your money. Do not hire them. You will regret it. Not only their treatments do not work, their employees will treat your house as a urinal. I guess nothing further I can say. Please see the photos.

We hired mosquito Joe to provide a service for us. We got bitten up all summer. I had many sleepless nights itching my legs and applying anti-itch creams. We requested in the beginning of August for the company to come back after our July 23rd visit. The company charges $87 for a treatment. And if you want “more” products it’s double the price. So we paid DOUBLE the price 20 days later. This is absurd and ridiculous. They tell you that they will come back if you have issues so for DOUBLE the price they come back in 20 days. We tried to have them fix the problem and to no avail we went to Home Depot to buy our own product which actually worked. We spent $14 on a bottle of cutter. Now the company needs to “think” about what to do? What do you mean think about it?? We are unhappy with the service provided and we are ONLY requesting a refund of our 8/13 bill which was YOUR suggestion to rectify the issue. Had I known you were charging me I would have cancelled the service first. I was already calling other companies to get quotes in the beginning of August. This is not the way to resolve an unhappy customer.

Mosquito Joe really works and is worth every penny. Nick treated my yard today and I will be able to enjoy my Fathers Day weekend pest free . They are respectful of my property, not treating my vegetable garden area and giving me notice prior to when they come to spray Thanks Nick

Their service is wonderful, and it really works! No one has been bitten by a mosquito in our backyard for two summers. They always alert us to a spraying day via e-mail, asking us to close the windows and keep the dogs inside. They are always friendly and professional, and stop in to say hello if we are home. We opted for the second level of spray (not the completely natural option) because we had such a problem. There is no smell, even right after they spray. The office staff is also wonderful, and we couldn't be happier with Mosquito Joe.

We couldnt be happier with mosquito joe...excellent customer service (debbie is amazing and so knowledgeable), excellent service and product! we used to use a different company for ticks/mosquito spraying but had terrible results..so we switched to mosquito joe and I am so happy we did...our house was loaded with ticks and mosquitos..ever since they sprayed we have had NO ticks at all and are now able to sit outside without getting bit my mosquitos! Thank you mosquito joe for allowing us to enjoy our backyard and being outside with our kids!!

I had mosquitoes before I hired them, during and after. They keep coming back to spray which is a pain since I need to cover my veggie plants. Their service techs are very nice and caring. However, I didn't hire this firm to make friends, I hired them to control the mosquitoes. With all the complaints instead of saying I'll address them or give me a credit they find a way to blame the client. Apparently, if I have to reschedule services and its goes beyond the 21 day period it's my fault I have mosquitoes. If its raining and it goes beyond the 21 day period between sprays its the weather's fault. One could appreciate some of the excuses but I had mosquitoes during the 21 day period anyway so what good are they?

Absolutely perfect! I have a life-time partner now in mosquito problem. It was our very first summer in the suburbs so we weren't used to it. Yes, kids were beyond happy for having a backyard full of chipmunks, squirrels, bunnies, butterflies and even deers, but then at around 6pm, came the annoying visitors. We tried getting rid off them with some DIY methods: we used mosquito repellents, scented candles, even tried sprays from The Home Depot with no success. No matter what we tried, we were on their menu! And one morning, kids woke up as if they were having chickenpox! A **** mosquito hid in their bedroom and feasted on them all night. That's when I officially declared war! When I cried for help, the incredible Debbie from Mosquito Joe of Wayne came to rescue. We had only one phone call and she understood how desperate I was, sent the team the next day. And with one spray - I know, sounds amazing, right? - outside was fun again. We were sprayed every three weeks to build a barrier and we did not see one single mosquito since then. We still have other 'welcomed' visitors and kids are thrilled watching, playing with them. We can enjoy our backyard, anytime of the day, absolutely free of mosquitos. And, since I mentioned deer before, let me also mention that I am not worried about ticks in the backyard because Mosquito Joe sprays eliminates ticks as well. We've seen many deers passing by (even a baby deer once) but we haven't had any tick problem so far. And as for the customer service, I wish we had a Debbie in each and every company! She is super responsive, smart and resourceful. To me she is a problem-solver and I am 100% sure that she loves what she is doing.
