house cleaning
+ -1 moreHorrible - I have complained several times - always get voice mail - they haven't called back - I fired them
Description of Work: They left the key to my house outside when they left leaving my home open to burglars - when I reviewed their cleaning job, they didn't dust my bedroom nor did they vacuum under my bed nor any of the woodwork throughout the house - I told them when I hired them that I was a severe asthmatic and the house had to be dusted and cleaned thoroughly - I thought that was a no brainer - Also, I left specific cleaning products that I wanted them to use - they opened the bottles to make it look like they used them, but they didn't - way overpriced - the initial cleaning is almost $300 - no different from what they do every day - I have used them for 3 consective cleanings - complained about each one - nothing changes -

house cleaning
+ -1 moreIn all honesty, they did a great job cleaning the house. They spent about between 3-4 hours here cleaning all 3 floors. The only thing I had a problem with was the price. It cost almost $400!! That was just a little pricey for me and will probably look for services elsewhere again
