K & T TILE

He did a good job in the kitchen, but the bathroom was not good. He redid the tiles last year and made a mess and charged $650.00 for a job that should have been half price. I will not use him again because he has become too expensive.

He did not finish any job completely. Crown molding was not calked properly, holes not filled in with putty, and did not paint crown and baseboard molding. The garbage disposal was not properly hooked up . I had a leak, and did not have the use of the garbage disposal for over 6 months. I was unable to use the dishwasher because it was not bolted to the counter and had to have someone else do it after a year. He did not finish grouting ceramic tiling. The backsplash grout has cracked in a few places , as has the grout in the shower. The granite in the master bath was not put in correctly & wallpaper was damaged in the process. The granite backsplash was cracked in half but installed anyway. The finishing touches of the flooring were left unfinished. In some areas there was sloppy workmanship. The work was done over a period of 5 nonconsecutive months, and a number of things that had been agreed upon were never started. One day he just disappeared and never returned any phone calls. I had to hire another contractor to complete his work. I advanced him money which he did not earn, and did not return. Because of him, it has cost me more money, and emotional stress. Since I wrote this review I have found a few other things that were sloppily done & not finished properly finished, such as a floorboard in my closet which was measured incorrectly & does not meet the wall. I didn't need another reminder of a truly bad experience.

He is supposed to come and do some work in my bathroom whenever I tell him he can come. He'll be back in a couple of weeks. He does everything. He is not only a good tile guy; he's a good friend. He did a great job so he is coming back to redo some tiles in my bathroom. He is so good and his work is incredible. He just tells me to give him whatever I think it is worth. If it were a big tile job he would give me an estimate. He is an artist as far as his tile work. He designs patterns. He is very clean and neat. He's very good. He's a very pleasant man. I will definitely continue using him.

He has done work for me for years. He does tile work in my whole house. He is very professional and does incredible work. Two of my neighbors are going to use him later in the year. He makes designs for the tiles on the wall too. His price is super and we can negotiate with him. He may do some work in the bathroom later on. He also does woodworking and a bit of plumbing. He is a very skilled technician and craftsman.

This guy is incredible. He is a hard worker. He is on time. His work is superior, he is an artist. He is a little more expensive, but his work is incredible.
