Description of Work: Family carpets did a horrendous job. The installation is just ok if you like seams. The workers left my condo in deplorable shape my furniture was found exactly where it landed, to add insult to injury they left me with a 6 inch scratch on one of my Ashe end tables. I called to complain, wasn't able to get through and no one returned my call for about 5 days. When they finally called back some guy I think it was Mike said his phone was broke (this is a business phone) guess he thought I believed him. He also said he was going to investigate the situation. This was approx 1 year ago I'm still waiting for his investigation to end. Also I asked this Mike for his email address so I could send him pics of what I was talking about again nothing. This was a $4,000 job!

Description of Work: Terrible The carpet installation was ok but they left my condo in a total mess. Furniture was left anywhere it happened to land, even in the hall. In addition they were very careless my my personal property putting a 5 inch scratch in one of my ash end tables. It took the owner "Mike" almost a week to call me back citing a problem with his answering machine some way to run a business. I told him I took pictures of the mess they left. He did not ask to see them but said he would investigate the matter.
