Description of Work: Our refrigerator started making horrible noises. We called Kevin. He was recommended by another repair service who could not make it to us. I called in the morning. He could not get to us until 7:00pm. Ok, two things about this: if you can't get here until 7:00 it means you're busy and therefore in demand. It also means you work when the work needs to be done. Two thumbs up for this. Kevin diagnosed the problem pretty quickly. He layed out the best, medium and worst case scenarios. He went to work. Figured out the main issue quickly. We discussed options. Ultimately, we decided to go for the full repair. It was done quickly and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend using Kevin.

Description of Work: I called Kevin for a brand-specific refrigerator repair. Kevin was very kind and upfront with me, and told me he could not repair my exact issue, but gave me the contact info for someone who could. He even told me if that individual did not work out, to call him back and he would give me another person. I was impressed by how willing he was to help me, even though he was not even doing the work/getting paid. Westwood Appliance will be my first call in the future if something arises.

Description of Work: Dishwasher didn't drain, had given no warning signals that it was about to go on the fritz. Service was 1. cleaning debris from the pump and 2. replacing the diverter valve. Very satisfactory service.

Description of Work: Fixed an older Amana Refrigerator that had a circuit problem. Diagnosed quickly, correctly, and ficed in very short time. Very impressed.

Description of Work: We had broken stove that was promptly repaired by the owner of Westwood Appliances. He also tested it after the repair and did not leave until he made sure that it is working properly. Excellent service, great experience, would certainly call him each time we need appliance repair or maintenance.

Description of Work: I called Westwood Appliance because my Whirlpool washers stopped before completing its cycle, even though I tried different settings the previous day. Westwood Appliance called back promptly, and asked me a few questions. He walked me through trying different settings on the dial and waited patiently on the phone while the washer demonstrated that it in fact was working - probably a fluike or something off balance. No charge for the service. I know he could have made an appointment and accepted an easy fee - but I am a regular customer, so he did the right thing and helped me resolve the problem. That's good business. I will definitely call him again and recommend him to friends.
