When faced with the need to sell a home that had been in the family for almost 90 years, we were not sure how to proceed. We began with a reference for a realtor from a trusted individual, and that is when we first had the pleasure of meeting Pauline Franklin. We were immediately impressed by Paula as a realtor with how knowledgeable she was about the current market and her genuine interest and respect for us and the home. As the home was currently vacant and completely void of furnishings she presented us with the idea of staging the home to maximize its selling potential. She informed us that in addition to being a realtor that she also operated a professional staging service independently. After hearing all the positives of showing a home staged, she provided us with estimates and options professionally put together to stage a four bedroom house. Never did we feel any pressure from her to go one way or the other. After agreeing that it would be the best course of action to sell the home quickly and with a very reasonable return, we signed a contract with Simply Put Staging Services. Paula personally saw to all aspects of the process including ordering the required rental furniture and being there for the delivery to ensure all went smoothly. We thought the home looked instantly improved, but then Paula began to work her magic. She worked tirelessly with her own staging inventory to attend to every detail and every additional touch to make the home sparkle. It was both cozy and contemporary. Even after the house was put on the market, she continued to ensure it always looked its best including ensuring that fresh flowers were always inside. Throughout the whole process, both the sale and staging, she truly made us fell that we were her only clients. She could always be reached, was quick to share information and ideas and an absolute joy to work with. The home sold in a short amount of time and for a price we were very pleased with. There would be no hesitation to recommend Paula as a realtor and stager.

The open house went very well with the staging. Most realtors did not realized that the house had been on the market with another realtor ( the house was that different with the staging). We had an offer within a week of Paula's first open house.
