Description of Work: We were overcharged for garage door springs by 100%. The springs installed were the wrong ones and the door wouldn't close. When we asked for a fix, provider suggested buying entire new opening system, refusing to admit his mistake. Instead, he turned the power up to the max on our existing opener. This adjustment didn't work reliable and caused the sprocket to break, requiring us to go to a more competent service, buy the correct springs and a new opener. We spend over $1000 altogether rather than about $200 which is what the correct springs should have cost.
