The inspection went very well. He was prompt, thorough, and professional. He checked everything and sent me a complete report within 24 hours.

It went well. Unfortunately, the seller did not have the gas turned on, so the inspector had to go back. I ended up paying way more than what I expected. The inspector did a good job. The report was very professional and the pictures helped us a great deal. Ideally, it was be nice not to charge extra for something not inspected since I did not know this was going to happen ahead of time. The inspector called us after the closing to see how was everything with the house. We appreciated the call.

Jack was flexible , professional ,courteous and had a wealth of knowledge.

We were absolutely thrilled with Jack's work. From the start, he accommodated us on very short notice and rearranged his schedule to fit us in. Jack walked us through every step of the inspection, answering all of our many questions with great patience. My parents who came along on the inspection noted that in their numerous home buying experiences, they had never seen an inspector so careful and thorough. This was an old house and we knew going into it that it would need some work, but Jack broke it all down into manageable pieces and told us exactly what needed to be done, particularly when it came to safety hazards. The report was 36 pages with clear pictures and descriptions. We would use Jack again in a heartbeat.

He would not be rushed by an agent. He will check into everything you are worried about. I had a list of questions that he took the time to answer. He even climbed on roof to inspect it.

Jack did a great job for home inspection. From the moment the appointment was made to the moment the inspection report was handed to me, Jack was courteous and great do business with. Prior to the appointment he arrived at the home at least 30 min earlier to inspect the exterior of the home. He took pictures and noted every little thing about the house and was very thorough. He took the time to explain everything and describe in details how things should work. His final report was very concise and contained a lot of useful information for the buyer. I had found him through my friends who had also employed his services previously who were pleased with his findings.
