+ -1 moreIt was terrible. I ended up not doing the job anyway, and they would have definetly have not gotten the job.
Description of Work: I called them and left a message to return my call, when he did finally call, he said he would call us back because it was a holiday. They promised to come out and give an estimate but they neveer showed up.

+ 1 moreBob designed the landscaping using draft paper and he had a portfolio -- very professional. He explained all the types of plants he recommended along with care instructions. Cuts and lawn care are very good. Our lawn looks as good as the best on our street. Also, it stays green even in winter whereas other lawns look dull yellow. Shrub and weed removal went very well; no trace left of the offending plants.
Description of Work: Bob has helped us since mid-2006; weekly cuts, fertilizing/seeding, weeding, chemicals, shrub removal (our house was overgrown from the previous owner), fall/spring clean ups; We also commissioned landscaping for the front of our house which now looks very nice.

Description of Work: Birchgrove keeps up my lawn, and garden throughout the year. They plan new gardens, they remove and replace plants in my planters and they take down a Halloween maze for me every year.
