It was awesome. My mom really enjoyed the help and company if the person who came . They were friendly, very helpful and made a huge difference for my mom and for my peace if mind. So grateful to them.
Description of Work: My senior mother needed help with household tasks and errands.

The babysitter never showed up. When the company was called, the person on the phone was rude. All she kept saying was "This has never happened before." She fought back about returning the deposit, but eventually gave in and did so. Apparently a group message was sent out and it was never confirmed ahead of time who would be taking the job. This is unacceptable. Because of this, my sister missed my first dance, the dance with our mom, the memorial to our father, and the welcome and toasts...memories that you can't get back. I would NEVER use this service if you want reliability!!!

As a mother of 1 year old twins who had never had anyone other than grandparents watch their kids I was so nervous when my husband said see if you can get a babysitter for vacation?! I found sitters at the shore and the owner Christine actually found a mother of twins to watch our twins!!! Sue our sitter was so friendly and made us at ease right away! Don't hesitate to call them!
