Lindholm Carpentry did an excellent job. Scott and his team were very professional. Scott bent over backwards to ensure things stayed on budget. It was particularly hard for him because of Covid and skyrocketing prices. I especially liked that he committed to my renovation from start to finish and completed it in a timely manner. Scott was always available to answer my questions and made a special effort to keep everything in budget even after I asked for extras. I couldn't recommend a better contractor than Lindholm Carpentry. His workers, Chris and Gary, were also very hard workers and I appreciated them immensely.

From beginning to end Scott, his son Kris and Gary worked daily in our crawl space to rebuild the substructure for our house. The only days missed were due to heavy rain. They always made us feel respected as homeowners. No questions went unanswered nor were any considered unnecessary. We have dealt with many contractors overs the years. Our dealings with Scott and Kris has been very positive. They kept us informed and communicated promptly throughout the project. The quality of their work is excellent. They know what they are doing. We would definitely use Lindholm’s again and would recommend them to family and friends.

i’m just writing this letter to thank Lindholms carpentry service for all the help they gave me as I was looking to buy a new home. Something didn’t seem right on the floor of this home So I called Lindholms carpentry to inspect this house before I bought it. Scott and his son did such a thorough job and found out all the problems in the floor and under the house that would have cost me many thousands of dollars in repairs. I am forever grateful that Scott saved me from making a very bad a decision that would have impacted my life in a very negative way. Mr. Lindholm & Son arrived every morning on time as promised! Their prices can't be beat for the amazing quality work they perform. The father and son team of Scott & Chris Lindholm did an excellent job of installing our 8 windows and 1 storm door. Several window sills and frames had extensive rotting that required new framing to accommodate the new replacement windows. The Lindholm team had the experience and proper tools to accomplish the work in a timely fashion. They did an excellent job, were courteous and policed up the refuse generated from the demolition and hauled it away. We feel very confident in recommending them for any carpentry work you may need performed.

Great experience! Working with Scott Lindholm made the cost of the repair less painful. He was very informative and experienced in this type of repair so he was able to answer all my questions, address my concerns and was honest and direct with what to expect. They were on the job every day, all day. The only surprise was that the job was completed before our estimated completion date. I am a Realtor and recommended Scott from Lindholm's Carpentry and Home Repair LLC to my clients. The property had extensive termite damage and a challenging, small crawl space. Scott did excellent work in a very professional manor. The work site was left clean at the end of each day. He provided accurate estimates for the 2 phase job. He completed the work within his estimated time frame for the job, he actually went above and beyond and poured concrete into poorly supported posts strengthening the entire structure! My clients were very pleased with his work, he made me look good for recommending him for the job! He also stopped over at the house to speak with the owners and make sure they were pleased with the work after the job was completed and he had been paid! Great customer relations from a conscientious, courteous carpenter!

Omg these guys are the best. They show up on time they do an awesome job. Very very clean job. Top quality if you're looking for someone reliable and to do a great job these are the guys to call there's no games just great work. Which is not easy to find in my area. You won't be disappointed.

Overall Scott was really great to work with. He was no-nonsense and straight to the point with everything which was refreshing. He did a fantastic job at repairing the drywall and all the drywall seams, as well as handling the whole ceiling that was in pretty terrible shape. He went above and beyond to find a special seam tape for ceiling joints that would not rupture. He also sent me daily pictures as to how things were turning out. The end result was absolutely great. He was also honest and up front with me when the paint on the ceiling and walls was just not sticking, and also was not covering. Rather than attempt to paint drywall that was doing weird things "he had never seen before in 30 years", he called to let me know he he thought there was no way that the painting would turn out even remotely good. Rather than waste time and money, we agreed to end the work there until I could figure out what was going on. In my opinion, that is true honesty and integrity.

The work that Scott and Kris Lindholm did was outstanding. They were friendly, knowledgeable, highly skilled, completely honest, and sincere. Our primary residence is 130 miles away from the project location, yet Scott kept up informed by texts, phone calls, and pictures of everything that they were doing. They worked with the borough getting the permits and the inspections. Their work was complimented by the inspectors on the framing and the finished deck. We have also received compliments from two of our neighbors. When we saw the finished product last weekend, we could only say, WOW! The true measure of how well a contractor has performed is when you can answer yes to anyone who asked whether you would hire them again. With Lindholm Carpentry, the answer is a resounding yes.
