OMG... I was referred to FIGYTECH by my sister-in-law and thank God she did... With telling me there's a possibility that the computers age May prevent me from having it fixed... With time and persistence they found the parts they needed and lo and behold they fixed my ancient 18-year-old computer!!!... You can imagine how elated I was that they didn't give up trying to service this computer... The original backup plan was to transfer files but like I said they came through and found the parts they needed... Consider me an advocate now for FIGYTECH... I have some other devices that I need to have looked at and I will only go there for Angie and Nick to diagnose my technical needs!!!... Way to go guys and thank you for keeping my business moving forward... MARIO ROCCO ENTERTAINMENT

Awesome, his shop gets really busy and he still got it done for me in a timely fashion.

July: I had a hard drive crash, looked around for a local (we were down the shore) computer repair place and contacted Figytech. I dropped my computer off, I was told "probably 24 hours, but I can't promise that so, 2 days just to be safe". I got a call in 3 days, went to pick it up and found Nick still working with it. I had a car full of kids, so we went back to Cape May and I drove up the next day to retrieve and pay for my laptop. I took it home, opened it up and none of my data was there. When I called Nick, he said "you wanted that back? most people don't" completely forgetting the conversation when I said "I really need my data back" . He promised to extract the info to an external hard drive and get it to me. August: "It's going really slow, I know you're going home to PA, so I'll mail it to you". Mid-August, I call Nick's cell phone again, he says "Wow, I told them to mail that three weeks ago, I'll check and get back to you". A few minutes later, I call the office and was told "Wow, Nick has had that forever, I keep telling him to mail it to you. He lives next to a post office!" Needless to say, he never got back to me. September, same thing... Friday, October 4th, 1:00 PM. Yet another conversation with Nick, he gives me a USPS tracking number "03005548188765440022". Guess what? A made up number by Nick, I enter the number while we are talking on the phone and say "it's not valid", he promises to get right back to me (I know, surprise, right?). He does not pick up the phone for days, I call the office and his new employee was forced to lie for him and sent me photo of another bogus USPS slip. Finally, we threaten to review him on Angie's list, contact the Better Business Bureau and call the police for 'theft of services' and Nick calls me, tells me he will meet me. The day we are to meet, he says he has not gotten all the data and will mail it the next day after his friend at the FBI helps him extract the rest of the data. It's October, he's still working on it. Finally, I did, in fact, finally receive my hard drive, via USPS on Friday, 10/11. 3 months later. Lies, lies, lies, bad service, more lies and more bad service. DO NOT TAKE YOUR COMPUTER HERE!
