It went very well. They came when they said they would be here. They kept the area as clean as possible. When they were finishe they power washed the driveway to remove the dust from the drywall! This is the most polite company I have ever worked with. I have since recommended them and would certainly use them again if necessary.

Chris & Joe were easy to work with. They helped coordinate payments with the insurance company without any issues. There were a few miscommunications between the workers at times, but once we told Joe/Chris, the corrections were made immediately. One example was when the workers had put a piece of drywall where there was an existing door to the sump pump, but as he wasn't there for the demo part of the project, he didn't realize there was a door there. So imagine our surprise when we came home & our old doorway was covered in drywall! Funny though & again, it was corrected immediately.

From the moment I called them, Chris immediately sensed my fear and started to speak calmly and reassure me everything would be o.k. He and Justin and Joe took immediate charge of the situation, arriving promptly and explaining the plan of attack to help dry out this mess. They were confident in their work, their knowledge, and very thorough in their explanation of what would occur over the next 72 hours. I would recommend this company to Everyone. Professional, efficient and prompt at what was convenient for My time frame.

From the initial phone call, Chris returned my call promptly and scheduled an appointment for the following day even though it was a holiday. Chris and Joe remained in contact with me throughout the entire project continuously providing updates. All the work was explained to us thoroughly before it was started. Pictures and measurements were taken carefully and sent to our insurance company in a timely manner. The team worked closely with our insurance company to ensure the project ran smoothly and also made sure all costs were covered by our insurance before proceeding with any work. Chris, Joe and Justin took care of everything that needed to be done to remediate the mold situation in the crawl space and basement. Old wallpaper was removed and the walls were spackled and painted in a color of our choice. New molding was added to the base of the wall. All of the work they did gave our laundry room an updated look rather than the old outdated look from before. They even installed a new toilet for us since they had to remove the old one temporarily to fix the wall behind the toilet. They could have done the bare minimum but went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Being in the insurance business for 30 years, I have access and knowledge of all restoration companies in the area, both big and small For damage to my mother's home I chose Chris Carbone and the team at Renew restoration I highly recommend this company for their knowledge, caring and fair prices.

I called Chris at Renew at 7:30 in the morning as soon as the flood was found. He and his team arrived later that morning and jumped into action. What impressed me most was their knowledge base and ease in which Chris explained everything to us (in laymen's terms) so we could make educated decisions on what we wanted to get done, the salvagability of the carpet, etc. They were truly professional, courteous and easy to engage. They were done setting up with their massive dryers in no time, painstakingly making sure no area of the basement was unaddressed. They did a great job of moving our furniture and personal belongings so they can remoe the carpet. Nothing was damaged or misplaced. Once set up was complete, Chris walked us through everything they did, explaining the 'why' they set up all of the equiptment in a certain way. ti was very informative and gave us a high level of comfort that they absolutely knew what they were doing and the basement would be back to normal in no time. This occurred on a Friday. Chris touched base multiple times during the weekend to check on us and to se if we had any questions. He clearly communicated when he would stop by the following week to check the status of the project and followed up accordingly. Twice in July, we had floods due to heavy rainstorms. We never hesitated to call Renew. The first flood was on Friday, July 1st. Chris and his team came on the Saturday of July 4th weekend without hesitation to start the process. The last thing I would like to point out is that given the amount of water we had each time and the amount of carpeting that had to be removed the first time as well as their equiptment, etc., Renew was always mindful of cleaning up after themselves and leaving our house clean, minimizing the overall effect on us. All three times in the past few months we engaged Renew, they were up to the task and we highly recommend them for any remediation needs.......
