I send a text to Dave about my bust water heater. It started leaking and i noticed it around 8.00 pm in the night. He told me to send pictures so that he could have a feel of the situation. He came back with the verdict that water heater needed to replaced. We worked out the logistics and he told me the earliest he could be there was the next day around 2 pm. All this while he was at home and getting his daughters ready to bed. He gave me a price of around 1200.00 which i was ok with . He also suggested the tankless water heater around 3500.00 but i did not have the extra cash lying around for that. The next day he was in around 11.30 pm, worked through the afternoon , fixed a broken pressure meter around the main line meter and was done by 3.00 pm. I had a shower around 4.00 pm. Awesome service.

I was initially a bit skeptical of the system, but Dave was very thorough in his explanation, pointing out both the initial out of pocket costs and the longer term savings. He was not stressing savings, but rather convenience--something that gave him instant credibility with me as it was not a "pressure" sales approach. He fully explained not only the make and model, but also the process that he would follow, the need for permits and other paperwork, etc. Once I accepted his proposal, he swung into high gear, respecting and working around my schedule, and making the process seamless. He encountered a "glitch" along the way (definitely NOT his fault--a PSE+G issue), but fully resolved it -- requiring 2 extra man-days on the project, but honored his original price quote to me. Highly professional in his approach and follow through, extremely good at cleaning up as he went, and as a result is someone I would unquestionably recommend!

I had texted Dave about the issue and he had mentioned that he will take care of it . he told me in advance when he would come by and fixed the faucet. now we have running hot water in the bathroom sink. neat. and since the job was a minor one, according to him he did not charge me anything for his visit.

Provider was professional. Finished both the sink and toilet in an hour. Having used them prior to signing up for Angie's List, I can say that the provider will give you an honest assessment of your situation at the best price possible. If the work done still has issues, you can contact them and they will come back to fix until the problem is solved.

Very well, In and out in two hours. He had all the parts and supplies ready to go. We had no heat, was an emergency. He showed up a few hours after we made the call. Very prompt and professional.

The plumber came when promised, was very careful with taking out/bringing in the tanks, and did a very neat job installing the new tank. When he was finished, he made sure that everything was cleaned up, and he spent time explaining what I needed to know about how to operate the new water heater, including how to light the pilot light if that ever should be necessary. It was very easy to get in touch with the plumber while we were discussing the terms and timing, and if he had to call me back, he did so very promptly. He is a pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend his services to others as well.

We are very happy with the work performed. The repairs were done quickly and professionally. The entire experience was wonderful. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.

He came as scheduled, had to cut hole through wall behind valve. My mother has an old original tiled bathroom with 'mud job'. So tile and mortar are very thick. He came one day and removed old valve and installed new one. Following day he came to patched hole and installed nice chrome trim to hide holes in tile. The original had separate hot & cold. The new one is a single lever. Much more up to date and scald protected.

This is the second time I used Palmasano Plumbing. Dave installed the sink, faucet, and piping for a kitchen remodeling project. He replaced all the old copper with PEX, the drain pipes with PVC, and checked the drain line when he found slow drainage. He had to snake the drain pipe out to the street, but now it drains very fast. I also asked him to replace my outside faucets with frost proof faucets which wasn't part of the kitchen project. He finished those today. Dave is friendly and easy going. He works quickly and makes everything look easy, and I plan to use him for future projects.

Dave gave us several proposals to consider. We chose the Navien combo unit which heats the house and provide hot water. Dave's knowledge of this latest technology was crucial to a successful outcome as i had read of some other peoples poor experiences with this system when improperly installed. Dave explained the process , was on budget , and did a beautiful job with the plumbing work. Am still amazed how this small boiler about the size of a suitcase can warm our house and provide unlimited hot water. I am fortunate to be in a network group with Dave and get to hear other members rave about his service and quality workmanship including other tradesman. Dave is passionate about his work and you will find him to be honest , trustworthy, and looking to save you money.

it was Sunday evening around 5.30 pm Feb 1st 2015 and out furnace stopped working. the house started cooling. i send a text to dave and he told me to go to the furnace ( boiler) to check out the pilot light. he told me to fire up you-tube and check out any help videos on how to start the pilot light. i did all that and nothing. during this time the house is now @ 60 degrees and falling. a second layer is a must. Dave swings by @ 7.20 pm , repairs and fires up the boiler and our house is warm again. the expected temperature for the following week was around 10 to 30 degrees average. take your pick. and i get his normal bill. wow.. my wife and me were impressed. saved us moving to a hotel and additional expenses

During a renovation, we added in a large Jacuzzi style soaking tub that we knew would not be fillable given our existing hot water tank. When the HWH went bad, we called in the plumber to give us options and he ran through everything from the high priced on-demand units to just replacing it with what we had. Going on-demand was too expensive and too much of a hassle because we don't have gas, so he outlined an alternative - a regular HWH with a mixing valve on the out flow. The plan was to crank up the HWH as high as it would go and then cool it down using the mixing valve. That way, we'd use less hot water from the tank and it would have an opportunity to heat up the cold water as it refilled. Energy costs are going to be higher, but given the short amount of time we have remaining in the house this was a very cost effective solution for us. The plumber was very professional, did what he said he'd do when he said he'd do it. He explained everything and was very knowledgeable at his craft. His work was very good, precise and methodical. He even pointed out issues with our boiler plumbing that were outside of what we wanted him to do and not something that he was selling us. I felt very comfortable with him and his work and will use him again if necessary. I'd definitely recommend him to friend and family.

After being stunned by my last water bill (much higher than normal), I agonized over which plumber I was going to call. I went right to Angie's List and immediately looked for someone local. Palmasano Plumbing fit the bill. Right in town and all of the customer reviews were extremely positive. I called David at 8:00 on a Friday night and he answered the phone. The fact that I did not get an answering machine or answering service impressed me. I explained that the water in my kitchen sink had just stopped working, my toilet was running and that my bathroom faucet needed to be replaced in the worst way. He asked questions and agreed to come to my house the next morning. After evaluating each issue, he took the time to explain in great detail the work that would be done and gave me a fair and honest estimate of the approximate cost of the job. He recommended to me to purchase a new kitchen faucet in case the problem was actually the faucet itself. We agreed that the work would be done on the following Thursday afternoon at 4:00. I felt extremely relieved and confident that I had chosen well! I have an older house, so in addition to replacing faucets and toilet parts he also replaced all the shut-off valves. It did turn out that the issue with my kitchen water was the faucet, so David installed the new one that I had purchased. I am extremely pleased with the job and everything looks fantastic! I will have Palmasano Plumbing do more work for me in the near future.

All went super-well. Dave was friendly, neat, and worked fast, He had to do some re-piping and soldering as well. I purchased the fixtures and he provided everything else. Also this was a Saturday. We will use him from now on.

Went well. Some of the appliances I initially ordered didn't fit, so it became a bit of a process and the installation of the cooktop was more than a "swap out/swap in" situation. Dave was good natured about the whole thing and everything has been working beautifully. Dave kept in close touch throughout. There was a slight bobble on the utility sink (uneven floor, wasn't installed level) but Dave took care of that promptly. Dave and his helper were very respectful of the newly finished floors, but in my mind could have cleaned up a little more. Not a super big deal. On price, when you go with a master plumber (which you should, especially when dealing with gas appliances, in my view), you pay a bit more. On the other hand, a master plumber is a master plumber and not a handyman for a reason.

Called ahead and arrived promptly. Got to work immediately. Done in less than two hours. 149.00 deal from Angie's List. Materials extra, as expected. Friendly, professional. Definitely will call again.

The hose bib replacement went well. I had a really old hose bib that was leaking and David came to the house on time and went right to work. After he was done installing the new hose bib, he showed me the new one and explained the parts. This is the second time I've hired David to do plumbing work on my house and am happy to say that he does the job right and doesn't overcharge like many of the plumbing services in the area. He is one of the good ones for sure.

He knows what he is doing and is fare and gives you different options as to your needs.

We originally brought Dave into to give us an assessment on a check value for the basement. He was very honest and fair in his recommendation which is very much appreciated. He fixed the sink and toilet with no issues and is very professional. We will be contacting Dave for any further work.

Amazing... they were on time... they said they would be there at 8 am and sure enough at 8 am my doorbell rang. That alone was amazing in my eyes. They were extremely professional, the work was done so neatly and he explained everything that he was doing and what should be done. He even made a special trip to get supplies to fix my second issue ASAP. I couldn't be more happy with this company. They were FANTASTIC and we will definitely be using them from now on in our house. Service was excellent as well as the quick response time, my family was only without hot water for half a day. It was a pleasure to go down where he worked and found that it was left neat and clean.

It went really well. Provider showed up promptly (with all required tools) and installed the faucet and removed the old one from my house. He also made adjustments to my water pressure. He was very pleasant and professional. We will definitely use Palmasano Plumbing in the future!

Tom was great and repaired a shower leak for $160 when other plumbers had said I needed to open the wall and replace the shower system, which would have cost at least $2800 more. He found the parts needed from a local plumbing supply store and had the job done quickly. He was also great about answering a lot of other questions that I had aside of the shower problem. I will definitely use him again for any other plumbing needs I may have.

He did a phenomenal job. He was knowledgeable and took me step by step. He listed out what I would encounter down the road with this type of system and made me and my wife very comfortable. Having a large family we usually run out of hot water. We love the system now and we do not want to get out of the shower now. He cleaned up well, was thorough with instructions and was great with follow up. We would use him again and we would highly recommend.
