Service was quick, efficient and professional.

Dave took out a lot of old basement plumbing, removing a toilet and capping the sewer pipe. He also removed an old slop sink and reinstalled a new one. He upgraded the washer plumbing with PEX and installed a PVC drain pipe rather than having the washed drain into the slop sink. I've used Dave before and he's very professional, friendly, and works quickly. I would use his services again in a heartbeat.

Original came 4 days earlier replaced 2 leaky faucets and snaked shower drain. The over flow pipe on water heater started dripping on Saturday (having big family party). He came on Sunday morning checked pressure coming into house, to high, reduced the pressure by the main valve and was told to monitor to it. The reducing value maybe bad, and need to be replace. By Sunday evening the over flow pipe was dripping again. Set up appointment for Tuesday evening. Was prompt and finished replacing the main shutoff value, and the water heater pressure relief valve. Completed work a little over an hour.

David is great. He did some work for me previously and did a great job, so I expected nothing less. He was prompt, professional and made sure everything was working the way it is supposed to. I highly recommend him.

I could not have hired a better Plumber than Dave. I am an older person and could easily have been duped. Dave was honest, explained several times for me all about the tankless water heater installation and that it would be saving me much money. He kept me informed every step of the way. I was very confident in his ability. He was always on time, knowledgeable, focused and professional. When I had the town inspector's final inspection, he checked all over, and commented; "This is really good work!" I am starting a renovation of my kitchen in a few weeks and Dave will be doing the plumbing. I will not trust anyone else!! My family was amazed at the system and how small it is and how well it works. They all want Dave and the tankless water heater. He is family now!

David is, by far, The most knowledgeable plumber I have ever encountered. Not only did he show up as promised, including on a Sunday, but he delivered the service on time and on budget. I learned a great deal of information from David not only about plumbing in my own home but about the profession as a whole and other ideas which I can use in the future. He offered himself as a resource for any questions I might have in the future, and was very patient and explaining everything I needed to know about the work he performed in the layout I have as is.

HORRIBLE, Worst plumber on the planet. Imagine having a broken sewer pipe in a home you?ve just purchased and you are referred to Palmasano Plumbing. Then the owner Dave spends an hour on the phone with you explaining the job and telling you he will take care of it in two days when you have human feces floating in your new basement. Two days later, no show. You call and he says "I know I was too busy". You can't even call to tell me? "I will do it in two days". Two days later, guess what? You got it. No show! Complete J-off! DO NOT HIRE!

Palmasano Plumbing arrived at the scheduled time. I had purchased a new kitchen sink which I needed installed. I also briefly described what known plumbing problems I believed existed currently in my townhouse. After completing a walk-thru to determine what was needed to do the repairs the work was started. The old kitchen sink was removed and the new one installed perfectly. New hoses were also installed. Two toilets which were running after flushing were corrected with new parts. My water pressure was adjusted to a level which was more acceptable. Two other repairs mentioned below which I thought were needed were analyzed and it was determined I did not need. The shower head was tightened and the leaking stopped. I had bought a new shower head which I returned to the store. In my bath tub when I tried to turn on the shower it water would still leak out of the nozzle. This was also corrected. Besides being an excellent, conscientious plumber he was an honest one. The two other repairs listed above he could of told me were needed and I would have consented not knowing any better. I was completely satisfied with the installation and repairs and gladly recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.

All went well. He answered cell phone (instead of going to voice mail) and he fit me in between appointments to look at my problem. He even came on Saturday to do work.

Dave was prompt and detailed in his work. I had asked him to please conceal as much piping behind the walls for a neat and clean look. He was very conscientious with his work and made sure he did his best to meet my requests. He cleaned up as he worked, didn't leave a mess behind and spent the extra time explaining to me the options for the job and how these options would affect the overall costs. I was able to make the best choices that suited my budget, and Dave did an outstanding job. We had one minor issue, which when I called him, he remedied it right away. I am new to the area, and am glad Angies List was a great resource for me to find Dave, I will be using him for future work.

Dave was very knowledgeable and efficient he save me hundreds by coming up with a clever solution for a baseboard heating system that was connected by pex as a temporary repair. I found Dave to be extremely fair with prices and honest and would not hesitate to recommend him or use his services again.

I messaged the company via Angie's List with a general description of the work I was looking to get done. Dave from Palmasano responded about as quickly as other providers. He asked me to call him directly to provide clarification on what I wanted. I called him back an hour or two later, described the work and agreed that he would drop by between 5pm - 6pm the next day and he would be sure to call me if anything came up. He took my name and phone number down when we scheduled the visit. The home the work needs to be done on is my second home and though I met another plumber earlier in the day, I waited an extra 4 hours specifically to meet Dave. Unfortunately, Dave did not show up nor did he call me. I called him around 5:15pm and his voicemail stated that texting was the best method but he did not respond the text either. Furthermore, I messaged him via the Angie's list the next day and I still have not heard from him on why he was a no-show. Personally, canceling a meeting isn't a huge issue as as things happen. The lack of any communication, however, is pretty terrible.

I love him! He came on time he was in the right price range and he is very pleasant to have around. He is my new plumber!

I've worked with Dave Palmasano on numerous occasions. As a Real Estate agent, I recommend Dave to all my clients for repair and installation needs as he is by far, THE BEST plumber I have ever worked with. On this occasion Dave helped me out with a leaking valve at a relative's house. What started off as a repair to the sprinkler system back flow preventer, turned into a leaking valve in the basement where the only recourse was to turn the main valve off, leaving the house without any water. The HELP call went out to Dave at 8:30 AM on a Saturday morning. My phone rang 15 minutes later and it was Dave calling me back to save the day. Despite having family obligations and other appointments that morning, Dave moved things around, came down and took care of the problems... and there were many. Aside from this story, Dave has been there so many times, for so many people. His knowledge and service are truly second to none. He stays on top of all the latest technologies which is important with so many people converting their systems to the new "tankless" hot water heaters and central boilers. Hire the right person for your plumbing and heating needs. Hire Dave!

Dave is the best!! I'm a single mother and homeowner with little understanding of how the plumbing in my house works. Dave is patient with my multitude of questions. He takes his time to explain in detail every repair and replacement he does and why it is needed and options I have to save me money. He is always responsive and schedules me when I need him. The jobs he does are always neat and clean and I love the way everything works and looks perfect. He is truly a NICE GUY which is the icing on the cake!!

Dave came right on time, with all the necessary parts needed to prepare the heating system for next winter. The system was a little unusual because it had been modified over the years by other plumbers. However, Dave had no trouble figuring it out, and then proceeded to complete the job without any problems. He is very friendly and easy to work with, and I would highly recommend him to others.

I had an extremely satisfying, good quality install of a new hot water heater by these folks. I wanted a water heater which was a bit larger than the common one installed by plumbers 95% of the time, and they took the time and effort to get me what I wanted quickly. I had to pay $186 extra for a 50-gallon storage HWH with a 50,000 BTU input; this is a faster restoration model than the 38K BTU input they originally specified, but it's something we felt we needed. Mr. Palmasano found one and installed within a few days of me finding the pinhole leak in my 12-year-old Rheem. I have no complaints so far-- it's been less than a week, but the install was quick, clean, and professional. If any problems show up, they gave me a one-year warranty on their labor in addition to the 8-year water heater warranty. I sincerely hope not to need the warranty for labor, but QC at all the WH factories has been notoriously poor no matter what brand name, so we'll see how my new Rheem does, fingers crossed. Fair warning: government may be requiring WH manufacturers to stop or severely limit manufacturing of storage (traditional) WHs in favor of hot-water-on-demand units, which are arguably better for the environment, but substantially more expensive to purchase and install. Check your local rules.
