Company came when scheduled, performed diagnostics and services required, followed up by telephone, performed remote services to solve lingering problems.

I called this company because my neighbor had said to my father and I that they were the best in the area. I called on Thanksgiving to schedule an emergency appointment if possible. To my supprise, as soon as I told the person on the phone I had a term paper to write, my appointment was filled despite the fact its a holiday. I had a Dell desktop which would no longer turn on. I called NJITS and expected the worst. When the technician arrived at my home he performed a diagnostic on my desktop and discovered that both the motherboard had failed at minimum (I guess surge protectors are important). The technician told me that it was not worth it to fix the P.C. due to its age. The technician mentioned that the company he worked for also builds custom P.C.'s. I figured it would be worth a try. I was given a loaner laptop in the meantime. I got an E:Mail back with an estimate for a custom built desktop for $599.99 fully programed and installed. I ordered the P.C. and it was delivered to my house and set up by Tuesday. After everything was said and done, the technician said he waived all fees for arriving on Thanksgiving because I bought a new P.C. from them and because I donated the old P.C. to charity. I truly cannot believe the value and the service I got! I even remember looking for PC's on Black Friday and seeing if I could get a better deal with in home installation, the big corporate companies had nothing to offer in the same price range. My father was so pleased with the companies service (and that I actually got to finish my term paper over the holidays because of that loaner laptop they gave me) that he decided to have NJITS setup a home network so everyone can share files and movies. My family highly recomendes this company!

It went smoothly. They were extremely competent and listened to our needs. The work was done in a timely manner and we felt secure that the work was done professionally and correctly. We will definitely call again with any problems we many encounter in the future.

Overall, this company did great. When I called, my appointment was made the same day and a technician arrived in just under 2 hours from when I called. I received my computer back and better than ever the next day. The technician even went out of his way to install a free Anti-Virus application which I personally feel is better than Norton. I even got a free lifetime subscription to the program! I can't believe how reasonable the cost was. I remember the last time this computer was serviced it cost me over $200.00! I am going to use this company from now on. Also, the technician told me that they offered service contracts to tune up P.C. up and offer remote support for only $24.99 per month. I subscribed to that service and will get my scheduled tune-up in three days. The strongest aspects of this company are price, speed of service and professionalism.
