Lou is great! Everytime I call him, he comes (or sends someone) to help out. He is “handy” with any job. He has fixed our sump pump and plumbing to our washer and dryer (which someone else originally installed), our Nest system and thermostat that malfunctioned, and doors that wouldn’t shut. He has hung heavy mirrors, pictures and TVs and ran cable wires. Next, he will be installing a storm door and maybe building a bar top in my kitchen. Lou is your handyman!

He did not do any work for me
Description of Work: After speaking on the phone, and that being after leaving many mesages, I described what I needed done. A date was set -up for him to come over for an estimate. He did not show up. I decided not to persue and called someone else.

Our company, Mr Handyman Tri-County is part of a national company, with hundreds of offices nationwide. Each office works within a specific territory. We are fully computerized and retain a record of each customer contact. Every appointment is entered into our computer as well. We have checked and find no record of your calls nor were there any appointments ever scheduled to the specific address above. Any other details you can provide us with so that we can investigate and hopefully resolve this situation would truly be appreciated. Again, after reading your above post, we understand why you would be totally disappointed in any service that did not return your calls or kept appointments. Thank you.
