Joe & his crew were the ultimate professionals, getting the job done in a timely matter & cleaning up our entire yard of any and all debris. Joe even catered to our kids by showing him the "ins & outs" of how his bucket truck worked. I would recommend Green Mountain above all others. Joe has the experience & equipment needed to get jobs done "the right way".

Excellent. The owner Joe Troy came next day of my call and provided an estimate to cut, chiip and removed a tree from the backyard which was rotten. His price was quite reasonable. He also quickly arranged to provide a certificate of insurance from his insurance company. Once I called him to do the work, the next day he scheduled the work and completed all work in a safe manner.

I called Green Mountain Tree Experts after finding their name on Angie's List. Joe Troy, the owner, called me back within a day and scheduled a time to come by to provide an estimate on the work I needed done. He was on time for the first meeting and we walked the property with me describing what work I wanted done. Joe seemed very knowledgable and described what they would be doing to each section of the property. He had a good grip on detail and noticed that one of the trees that I wanted trimmed back was actually split half way up and should be removed completely. I hadn't noticed the damage and neither had the other company I had out for an estimate. He provided the estimate which was only slightly higher than the other company even though it included the additional tree removal. There was a lag between the estimate and the actual work due to having to play phone tag. It doesn't appear that they have someone in their office and the phone went to voice mail each time. In addition, there was a couple days of delay between the first scheduled work date and the day the work was performed. These two things together are why I rated responsiveness and punctuality as a and quot;Band quot;. However, I would say that the overall time to get the work done was very reasonable. The day that the work was done, Joe was on site to direct his crew which in my mind says a lot about his company. I was not home to see the all the work. However, when I returned home, the work had been completed and the yard and driveway were completely clear of debris. This included a lot of branches that had previously fallen around the property, along with additional trimming work, neither of which were included in the original cost estimate. Joe left the invoice for the work and it came in right on estimate even with the additional work. All in all, Joe and his crew did great work. My property looks much more open without looking as if it had been clear cut. I would not hesitate to use Green Mountain in the future.

It went perfectly. The price and service were good. They were responsive. I will definitely use them again.

He is very knowledgeable and great. It was not an easy job, but he got it done. He was neither the least expensive nor the most expensive. He also trimmed the other trees around the property because he here. I thought that it was pretty nice. The workers were fine and they knew what they were doing.

Joe Troy missed first appointment time with no explanation or apology. He did come to the next one as agreed upon. He does know his business very well. He actually found a tree that was needed to be removed that I did not notice. He does NOT make projects larger than need be. He does the job on his schedule; generally does not give an exact date. Clean up is so good that at first I did not even notice that the trees were gone. But clean up is not as good as in the past. Green Mountain is generally very trustworthy.

They've always been very dependable. They show up when they say they will, they do the job and they don't hassle anyone. I would highly recommend them.

The owner gave me a free estimate in advance. The price was competitive with two other tree companies that I received estimates from. They did all of the work that they agreed to do, plus a little more for no extra charge. They cleaned up their mess after they were done. They did a very good job.
