Rob did an excellent job with all my electrical needs and Installation of several new light fixtures. He has a great attention to detail and not only did the work I asked him to do but also checked that all the electrical boxes were safe and to code. I would recommend him to all my friends and neighbors!

Rob was great throughout the whole process. He installed a dining room chandelier (77 lbs), three kitchen pendant lights, a new ceiling light, and a bathroom light fixture. All came out great, exactly as we wanted. Everything is aligned and level. I noticed he would double and triple check how high the lights were hung and made sure they were to our specifications. When one pendant light was slightly off, he took the time to adjust it. Rob is very professional and kind. He will listen to your questions and perform the work exactly as you specify. He has great attention to detail and you can tell that he wants things done the right way. We would absolutely hire him again and would highly recommend him. Thanks Rob!

Rob did a fantastic job upgrading my electrical panel after I had water damage due to a frozen water pipe. Rob was responsive, professional, courteous and detail oriented. As someone with high attention to detail and organization, it was great to work with someone like Rob who wanted to do a quality job at a fair price. Rob is extremely efficient and came prepared to do everything needed to complete the job in one visit. He had to deal with a very old electrical system in a detached building and was able to properly assess what needed to be done and complete the work. We have used his services in the past and remain pleased with him.

Job went exceptional. Rob was up in the attic in over 100 degree heat installing the attic fan and dropping the cable line. The attic fan fits and works perfectly. I was happily surprised that he did not have to make numerous holes in the wall when dropping the cable line from at attic. He went over and beyond to install a medicine cabinet for me. In addition, he discovered a faulty wire which was causing our doorbell not to work... he fixed that as well! Very happy and Rob and would def hire again.

My House is about 50 years old. I found Ron thru Angies List and have been with him almost 3 years. He always impresses me with the attention to detail on his work. This job was to upgrade my panel from 100v to 220v. I thought for the price I was just getting my electrical box upgraded. I got more than expected. The Pictures speak for themselves. Rob came in and gave me an estimate on time. He also explained what work needed to be done in details and answered all my questions. The estimate was below the others I had gotten. When he came back to do the work, he was very meticulous and tidy. He was good in answering all my new questions. I am extremely happy with the work done and have asked Rob to come back again for some additional projects.

Electrician would not service my home, which is 6.5 miles from the company published address, someone needs to fix the settings since he wont travel that far for new business.

I called the company and left a message. I received a return call in a couple of days which wasn't great. I think when you are in business, it's important to get back to someone in 24 hours. I called him back and I have never heard back from him. I am really surprised that he is even on Angie's List. I thought Angie's List only referred reliable businesses. If he can't return calls, I highly doubt he would able to show up for the appointment.

All wires from the house came thru that area and i just admire the attention to detail this man works. He is on time and takes his time and does a great job at hiding and protecting the wires. I cannot emphasize the good work he constantly does.

All went better than I expected. My home was built in the 1930s so you could imagine the difficulties involved. Like I told him: he'll be my only electrical guy moving forward.

He was gracious, friendly, and professional. More than that, he is a man of his word. When the job was more than we bargained for he would not take more money You can't find a more personable and witty service provider.

He came with two other junior electricians and it took about a day to finish all the work, which was efficient. Only problem was his junior electricians left switches in 2nd and basement floor 'off' so my tenants expressed concerns. When I manually turn the switches on, everything worked fine. Given the scope he covered and amount of work that was done, this was minor. Lighting fixture his junior electricians installed in our bathroom looks great. I still have few other projects in my mind and I would definitely hire him again.

Rob and his crew were outstanding! He was very patient and helpful in the weeks leading up to the work, as we worked on deciding exactly what we wanted and figuring out what was required for the new recessed lights to be up to code. The work was done cleanly and conscientiously. Everyone on the crew was friendly, personable, and professional. Note that the price we paid included patching and painting of all drywall holes by a professional painter, who also went above and beyond what we expected. We will certainly be calling on Rob in the future for any electrical needs.

It was really good, we had reset light put in and they had to cut into our ceiling to put the wire through the reset lighting and when they came to do the estimate they didn't let us know that they don't actually patch up the hole that they make to put the wiring in that's left for the homeowner to work out with another contractor, or do it yourself but they don't actually re patch the hole. everything worked perfectly and they were nice and they were on time, they were quick.

This was the first time we used this company and found them through Angie's List. The workers called ten minutes before they were due to arrive and arrived soon thereafter. Mike and Nick donned CSI type booties before entering the house and were extremely polite and friendly. They began by laying out tarps in the areas they'd be working and brought all the tools they needed with them, including ladders appropriate to the job. They kept me and my wife updated on what they were doing. We have an old house that required Mike to go up in the attic (no easy task) and essentially swim around in a sea of billowing blown in insulation to get the job done properly. Mike also wore a respirator when he was up in the attic. They worked efficiently. They were resourceful and innovative and cleaned up afterward as if they had never been here except that we now have a securely mounted, working chandelier in the Guest Room ceiling instead of sitting on the floor; a bright and better functioning ceiling light in the Kitchen and four outlets in the basement where I need them instead of that dumb and dangerous screw in lamp outlet and pull chain contraption that was there and had been aggravating me for forty years. Also, the three times I called Bright Ideas, Robert Kinzleman has answered directly....No waits for a call back...just directly and pleasantly which is also innovating and refreshing. We will definitely use them again.
