+ -1 moreArt called ahead of the appointment time and then arrived on time. The entire area was vacuumed and then cleaning solution was vigorously rubbed into the carpet. He fixed several loose/missing carpet tacks. Ultimately, the solution was vacuumed out of the carpet leaving a very noticeable difference. In addition, he also cleaned a separate throw type rug. He was gone in about 1 hour leaving a spotless Center Hall Stairway Carpet.

Description of Work: Cleaned a large family room, four large bedrooms, one set of stairs (I live in a contemporary colonial style home) and a large open loft area. Arty was great! We had some nasty stains on the bedroom carpets and he did a phenomenal job getting them out.

+ 0 moreArty and his son, both with friendly, pleasant personalities, arrived on time, were very efficient and got right to work. They work was done within a few hours and our carpeting looks like new. We definitely would recommend him and use him in the future.

+ 0 moreCalled for carpet cleaning on Thursday. He returned my call on Friday and we made an appointment for Monday morning He showed up on time with a helper. Got right to work, vacuumed and cleaned carpeting on stairs and hallway...actually went into the bedrooms off the hallway at no extra charge. He was in an out in about an hour and a half.
Description of Work: Arty is a personable, reliable businessman. He has installed and cleaned carpets for me for many times. His pricing is right on, offers a variety to choose from. I just had him clean stair and hallway carpets. He arrived on time, with a helper. Very efficient, thorough, and the carpets look and smell like new.
