+ -1 moreOur toilet was clogged so we called 3 Generations to unclog our toilet. My wife was home and called me to say they told her we needed a new toilet and it would cost them $400. I called to understand why they couldn't just unclog it and told my wife our toilet was needed replaced. He told me that our toilet was manufactured with a defective. He went on to say that each toilet is made from an individual mold and sometimes those molds aren't good and my toilet happen to be a defective one. It's been working fine for 12 years without a problem. I called another plumber who unclogged the toilet for $75 and it's been working fine ever since. Don't trust these guys. They'll say anything to up sell you especially if you're a woman who they think won't know any better.

+ -1 moreWe were happy with them. The two guys who came were professional, neat, and clean. They answered all of our questions. We were pleased that the workers came when they said they would. We have no complaints about them at all.
Description of Work: We got a new gas forced air furnace and a new central air conditioner installed by them. They took out the old furnace and replaced it with the new furnace. We hadn't had central air before.

+ -1 moreTHEY ARE GREAT PEOPLE AND THEY DO GREAT WORK. THEY HAVE GREAT IDEAS. THEY DID CLEAN UP ANY MESSES AFTER THEY WERE DONE. THEY WERE POLITE AND ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS THAT WE HAD. I RECOMMEND THEM TO MANY PEOPLE.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED A BATHROOM SINK AND A KITCHEN SINK.
