Jim responded to my requests (two seperate times) promptly. Was quick to provide estimates and complete work. I was very happy with his professionalism and service. Highly recommend.

We received an estimat from Ridgewood Home Maintenance that we thought was a little pricey. therefore we have not made a final decision as yet and will probably get further estimates. However Ridgewood Home Maintenance were very professional and arrived as scheduled and we definitley have them on our short list to perform this service.

Kitchen counter was collapsing, causing failure of appliances. Jim reviewed the situation and created a sense of confidence that he could successfully address the problem, which he did. He came to see the problem on Wednesday and did the work on Saturday, which I consider excellent service. He was very friendly, extremely meticulous in his work ethic, and resolved a problem that has been existent for months.

The men were very professional, tidy, pleasant, efficient and fast. We are very pleased with their service and would definitely use them again.

Jim came out and gave a quote that was reasonable and either at or lower than competitors. They were able to start within a few days. The carpenter showed up as scheduled and completed all the work we required within the same day. They did exactly what we asked them to do, and did it at a fair price and in a timely manner. We would definitely contact them again in the future for carpentry and handyman services.

My original thought was that this was an easy job but it took from about 9am until noontime to get the job done. This was due to the door being 36ins wide and the opening 351/2 ins wide which required shaving to fit. Jim and his co worker also named Jim were thoroughly professional and very competant. Jim showed up to give me an estimate the same day that I called. I ordered the door after consulting with Jim about the discrepancy in measurements and when the door arrived he came and installed it.

He was very helpful and nice. He was a good contractor to work with. He stopped by here after finishing another job and took care of it right away and did an exceptional job.

Came out the day I called, gave me an estimate, than after agreement, came back three days later and did all the work in one day. Everything looks great, they were professional and cleaned up after. Will use again in the future if the need arises.

I had given the person that came out a job that was almost impossible. I liked his persistence and I trusted his judgment on things I asked him to do. I was happy with him; he was on time and I will use him again in the future.

I contacted Jim Reynolds and he immediately sent out a crew to cover the holes on the roof. The inside repairs of the ceiling are great and do not look like a "repair" job at all. Once painted, I doubt anyone would notice there was once holes in those spots. The broken glass was repaired, no problems. All in all it was a great experience, with top quality workmanship.

He was great. He was really competent. He shows up on time. He does what he says he is going to do. He does not leave a mess. Everything is done beautifully. He is definitely on my list. I am a little hesitant to talk about him because I do not want any other people to know about him. He is just great. He did some crocking in the bathrooms. He built a drawer for us in the kitchen above our new wall mount. I do not remember. I do not really remember exactly what it was. His prices are fair looking. These days I do not even ask for an estimate for small things. I just ask if he could come and do this and he came over. He has very good ideas. For example the drawer we installed a new double oven on the wall and it was smaller than our old one it was the same width but it was less tall and we had this space. We did not quite know what to do with it. We did know we had some extra shelves in the stores and some other things that needed to be kept somewhere. So he worked out certain plans, he came over and decided that the best thing was to do a kind of a phony magnetic front of the drawer and so when we pull that off there is space inside aligned and everything to put the extra shelves in. He went and got other handles that looked exactly the same. It looks exactly like all of the other cabinets in our kitchen. It looks like a drawer and then we just pull off the front and there it is. He said there really was not enough room to do a drawer. He figured out what would work best for our kitchen and he did it. It is perfect. We tried to install a switch and it did not work. We called him and he came over and installed it and it still did not work. We were surprised to know he could not figure out what it was. He said he had a friend and he would call him up and if he could come over they could try and figure it out. There were two men work together; there was some weird wire that had crossed somewhere. They did figure it out and then they fixed it. I really appreciate this. He did not just say that he could not do it and tell us to get an electrician somewhere. He actually found somebody to come over at that time and work with him on that.

Jim is very accurate and precise in describing the work he is going to do, so there is no confusion on pricing. Be sure you include all the requirements to avoid unexpected added charges, as with any contractor job. The work was completed on time and was well done !

The work was first rate; you can't even tell what part of the kitchen ceiling was repaired. And we have not had any leak since he did the recaulking. The price was reasonable, given that a few other chores were also included.

He was punctual and did a good job. I am very satisfied with the work.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FULL OF SUGGESTIONS. WE HAVE AN OLD HOME AND HAVE HAD THEM DO MANY DIFFERENT THINGS. THEY ARE PERFECTIONISTS, WHICH IS GOOD.
