CertaPro Painters of Ridgewood

It went very well. Rob Carson my salesperson was super. He provided several detailed quotes and thoroughly answered all my questions. He was there for me on weekends and even answered a question on the July 4th weekend. He was extremely responsive. Certa Pro sent over a very experienced and skilled foreman to supervise and lead the job. The job took about 3 days. The team left the house neat and clean each day and were very careful in the house. I appreciated this very much because I am picky about my home as I am sure many people are. I also felt very confident about what was done and specifically what paints were used because Rob specified this in the contract and I was able to verify it once the job was in process. The job was scheduled rather quickly and once it started, the team stayed until the job was done. The whole process was done in a professional,efficient and orderly manner.

The quality of the work was extremely poor and the customer service was non-existent. There were lots of cracks in the paint job, and the workers on-site barely spoke English. They did not communicate with me throughout the job. When I complained to the owner Phil, he belittled my concerns and did not offer any valid ways to fix the issues. Very unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere.

I would never use him again. I was not impressed with the sales person. If my husband didn't, I would not even use him. His price was exorbitant. So, therefore I did not use him. He gave us an exorbitant price and he was very pushy and I don't like pushy people. The price is very high. He showed up on time, but he just robbed me the wrong way. I think because he was too pushy. He showed up on time and that was a plus. But, that's about it all. I did not like his personality. He didn't do anything. I didn't want him back in my house. And, he never called back. I didn't like him. I see CertaPro Painters on the road, on the highway, and I would never use them.

Everything went well, with no complaints.

They were on time and prompt about calling.

Work was very expensive but I wanted a good job. Few days after work was completed observed cracks resurfacing on ceiling and walls of living room.After contacting them about the situation it took them over a month and a half to return to fix the problems they apparently were too busy with new jobs. Not happy. Forwarded payment by mail with letter advising them of my experience with them and how disappointed I was but to date did not receive a response I will not use them ever again .

Nice people but they were too expensive to use for this job.
