Beware of this appliance repair company! They claim to be experts but have no idea what theyre doing. We hired them to fix our leaking thermador refrigerator. After the first visit, they said we had to replace a specific part. They came with the wrong part then another visit with the supposed correct one. We paid for the part and service charge and the leak continued. They came back and said we had to replace another part which we did an again paid for the part and repair. The issue persisted. They came back and said we had to replace another part which we did. It still didn?t resolve the issue. Finally they said leave your fridge open for 48 hours and it?ll resolve itself. Months later, and endless back and forth with them including about 10 visits we STILL have a leaking fridges we paid so much $$ changed parts that didn?t need to be changed and are at the same point we started before calling them. They are also incredibly rude and condescending. Stay away!

I contacted them to check the washer and dryer. They replaced numerous parts unnecessarily, charging hundreds of dollars, yet the issue remained unresolved. When they returned, they admitted the problem was actually with the motor and that the parts they had replaced were unrelated to the original issue. I would not recommend them.

Sadly I have to give a 1 start rating. After using them for many years, I was a big fan of their service. However 3 months ago we need to replace an oven part which was done wrong and it broke within the warranty time (according to legal sources this was even a violation of the duty of care and liability case!). The owner offered then to fix it for $375 and we had a long txt chat conversation, where I insisted on warranty. Even more because he admitted that his technician connected a corroded connector. He did not dispute my thinking and agreed to send two technicians over. (this is already 2 months after the oven broke again). After they did their job they wanted me to pay. I had an unpleasant, unprofessional and sometimes even insulting telephone conversation with him. In short, he lied to me and tried to put pressure on me to pay. Second technician was nice, calm and berry professional. Unfortunately the owner is a human being without dignity, and ultimately this is bad for busines

Almost cheating

Definitely a scam. Check other reviews on Gxxxxx. Lots of people say they take your money and leave. I would advise against them. Not worth the hassle and your money. When trying to amend the situation, they are very rude very unhelpful. I feel they have to be that way because they know they will just take your money.

To date I haven't had the work completed yet on my appliances but I am very pleased with the simple fact that they actually showed up for the appointment, were on time and explained what needed to be done and did a follow up with me. No pressure just good service.

Called for my dishwasher repair and they came 2 days later. They said they had to order a part and it would be $350.00. Well we had to wait 2 weeks as they said they were coming one day and didn?t show up. Then they finally came and charged us $470.00. Never hire these people!

I had them come for a repair of my weber gas grill. I paid 186 dollars to be told what was wrong and they said they would order the parts. I have called them 2 times in last 3 weeks and have not gotten any results. I believe the hose parts should have been replaced by now. The push button start might be an issue. I am only assuming for they have not ever called me or my wife with any info. Not sure I would ever recommend them for any other appliance for their communication skills are seriously lacking. Good luck if you ever need them.

Never got back to me to follow up the service call after getting payment from me.

Obviously not thrilled that we needed the repair. We knew the company from adverts. What impressed us was they didnâ t try to oversell. They actually sell these appliances and could have easily told us we need a new machine (itâ s older). But they said it was in pretty good shape and just needed a part. They acted professionally and courteously.
