I hired them to repair my washing machine. Appointment was scheduled for 2-4 pm on a Friday. This appointment was confirmed in the morning but even after the confirmation no one came for the appointment nor they called me to cancel the appointment. Their phone went on VM and I was not able to get hold of anyone for an answer, which is very unprofessional. I understand at times people cannot make their appointments but least they can do is inform the customers. I wasted my day for this appointment and now I will have to take another day off to get the machine actually repaired. Very unreliable company.

He was on time, very professional, efficient and courteous. When he finished, he advised me to replace the hoses. Really good idea.

Highly recommended. Price was worth it considering what a new machine that's not made as well as mine anymore would cost. They are always in contact, on time and completely professional. The repair factory part they installed was defective and was immediately replaced in a matter of days without question and works perfectly. Good guys on top of it who know their jobs, Thanks to Henry and Ishmael.

The water line was not repaired at all and they asked for a $40 up front fee to return to install an ice maker. I found the ice maker on line for $100 less than they were charging. I requested my $40 back through the Consumer Protection Agency but they refused. I was in a very bad time in my life and I probably let them take advantage of that. I think that refunding $40 would have been no big deal and possibly kept this bad review off of the site.

Came out and charged me $92 and took oven apart and said it would need a part. Then they told me there was not part available I called the manufacturer and they said they did have parts for my oven. Very disappointed they were trying to get me to buy an new oven instead of fixing my oven. Feel scammed.

Very professional and certainly would hire again. Repaired a 3 year old over the cook top microwave which just suddenly stopped working - completely dead. When weighing the cost of replacement vs. repair cost, certainly well worth the money. In addition, these GE microwaves are now made in China and are junk vs. this one which was produced in the US

Two visits ....second appt they ran late and I did not get an update on that until they were already late.....other that that they have been professional and good to work with .

Despite having some bumps in the road the job got done. With the repair I was looking to get done it required some crafty maneuvering. I have a kitchen that has matching appliances & since they are older it took a lot of hunting down to find a perfect match. The repair I had originally intended to do didn't pan out so I replaced the microwave.

A tech came out to take a look at my microwave, I was told that it is very costly to fix and was charge $90 for the visit. The tech told me that I would get an $85 credit for a new microwave. When I called I was told I would only get a $50 credit. I informed them I wasn't happy but I needed a new microwave and told them what I was looking for and never heard back from them.

Came 1 hr late- guy looks like he do t know what to do then started pulling wires then stated I think the compressor is broke - u think????- then told me they will call me for estimate- I don t have a fridge for 5 days no one call me!!!- I have to buy a small fridge and I have children- pls don t fool people / if u said u call pls do if u don t know what s going on pls just say it- so we can make plans and not wait for u

Technician communicated when he would be arriving. This was in addition to the morning call with my expected time slot for repair. The tech fixed my dryer issue in 10 minutes as he knew exactly what the problem was. Appreciate the quick and professional service!!

BEWARE! Read reviews of this business - I didn't and got burned. Paid over $400 for refrigerator repair. The refrigerator broke down within days after their repair so I called them and we scheduled a second appointment to review the work they did and they never showed or called. Thanksgiving food ruined as was some medicine that needed refrigeration.
